What do you like best about Hostmaster?

I like their pricing, it is pretty fair. They offered me one month free since I was migrating from another hosting provider, which I used to evaluate their service. Their interface is quite easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostmaster?

They do not provide SSL certificate with the Beginner Shared Hosting plan, which is bummer. The customer support service level could use some improvements, I have found not all support agents are knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
