**What do you like best about HOA Central?**

I manage a portfolio of 14 communities, and HOA Central lets me do that with far less stress. In the portfolio dashboard I can see the health of every property, and switching between them takes less than 3 clicks. The violation tracking, ARC management, and service requests features helped eliminate keeping track of a bunch of spreadsheets, email threads, and paper files. The time savings have been incredible, and the boards I work with are finally getting real-time updates instead of monthly reports.

**What do you dislike about HOA Central?**

The only thing I’d improve is the reporting templates. They’re good, but I wish I could do some more customizations to it.

**What problems is HOA Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before HOA Central, I was buried in manual processes,now, payments are processed automatically, maintenance is tracked, and communication is centralized. It has also improved my client retention because our service looks more polished and professional now.

The setup took some time since we had to upload old records and learn the tools, but once things settled, it became one of the best changes we’ve made for our HOA

Everything from violation enforcement to maintenance requests of multiple communities can be managed from one place without switching tools. The mobile app really comes in handy during site visits - I can log violations, upload photos, and assign tasks on the go.

The visitor and parking permit management is one of my favorite features. Residents like me can issue permits quickly, and the system prevents abuse by logging every request. It
has significantly cut down on parking disputes.
