I manage a portfolio of 14 communities, and HOA Central lets me do that with far less stress. In the portfolio dashboard I can see the health of every property, and switching between them takes less than 3 clicks. The violation tracking, ARC management, and service requests features helped eliminate keeping track of a bunch of spreadsheets, email threads, and paper files.
