**What do you like best about Hitachi Ops Center Automator?**

I like how much easier it is to process my data and make it a faster process

**What do you dislike about Hitachi Ops Center Automator?**

I wish I was able to merge my cloud based data with my hardline data at the same time. They only let you do one update at the same time.

**What problems is Hitachi Ops Center Automator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed storage templates to make it easier to integrate my data with our existing software
