**What do you like best about Hirevoice?**

What I like most about Hirevoice is that you can give it many profiles and it treats them all with the same love and care. Additionally, it conducts interviews and delves into uncomfortable points, which is a great value, as it helps determine if someone is overselling themselves by ensuring if it is true or false. Likewise, Hirevoice solves basic problems by conducting the same interview perfectly for everyone and validates that the candidate is the one I am looking for. Finally, the initial setup was extremely easy for me, anyone can do it.

**What do you dislike about Hirevoice?**

There is one small thing I would improve: I would need some graphic or visual element that, if you have little time to look at it, allows you to have a very clear view in 5 or 10 seconds.

**What problems is Hirevoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hirevoice to standardize technical IT interviews. It helps me validate candidates, ask uncomfortable questions perfectly, and avoid burnout after multiple interviews. It provides a good filter that we didn't have before.
