  ### 1. A centralized platform for managing all my contractors and their contracts

**What do you like best about Hiper?**

Hiper is a convenient tool that offers a single place where I can manage all my contractors and their contracts. I like that I don’t need to switch between different applications/spreadsheets to view the actual state of the contracts and invoices. The system automatically creates invoices based on a contract type, which greatly simplifies my life. I don’t need to worry that I miss the day when the invoice needs to be paid since Hiper sends me emails when the invoice is generated. I like that platform is easy to navigate and view, only important info, no cluttering sections and hundreds of icons.

**What do you dislike about Hiper?**

If I had to pick something, I’d highlight the additional customization options but overall there are no complaints.

**What problems is Hiper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Hiper, I had to manage multiple documents in different tools. Now, I have a clear view of the state of contracts and invoices. Before I usually calculated the work days of the contractor per month if they worked part of the time, now invoices are generated on an amount I need without these manual calculations for each contractor. If a contractor works by milestones, the invoice is generated as soon as I approve the milestone. Overall Hiper helps me to automate and organize my work routine.

**What do you like best about Hiper?**

Hiper has been a game-changer for our business. The biggest advantage for me is the speed and efficiency it brings to the onboarding process.  Gone are the days of lengthy contract negotiations and back-and-forth with freelancers. Hiper's Instant Contracts gets everyone on the same page quickly, allowing us to focus on what matters - the work itself.

**What do you dislike about Hiper?**

There haven't been any major downsides so far.  The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the Hiper customer support has been responsive whenever I've had questions.

**What problems is Hiper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows me to engage the talent I need quickly and efficiently, ensuring my projects stay on track. I can invite the contractor with few clicks and they receive an invitation to the email. They can accept contract in minutes after invitation and start working right away.

**What do you like best about Hiper?**

Hiper completely changes how we engage with freelancers and contractors. Hiper eliminates the usual paperwork headaches with instant contracts and automated invoicing. We can jump straight into projects without wasting time on negotiations or administrative tasks. It's particularly valuable for short-term projects or when testing out new employees. It's a great way to explore collaborations without the usual delays associated with paperwork and legal wrangling. It takes only several minutes for a new employee to register on a platform and they can accept the contract right away. System facilitates management since it automatically generates invoices once in a period for ongoing projects or after completing a milestone.

**What do you dislike about Hiper?**

No significant issues to report – it would be great to see even deeper customization options in the future.

**What problems is Hiper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiper removes the risk and delays usually associated with bringing on new employees. It's perfect for fractional hires, specialist contractors, and even "trying out" candidates we're considering for full-time roles. This allows us to be more agile in how we build our teams, ensuring we find the perfect fit before making larger commitments. We also use Hiper to streamline the process of continuing long-term work with contractors from Upwork. Such transitions are really easy and fast. Overall, I highly recommend Hiper for any company looking to work with freelancers or contractors more efficiently. It significantly reduces the time and resources spent on getting projects off the ground.

**What do you like best about Hiper?**

As a freelancer, I really appreciate automate generation of invoices. Once I set up a contract, my invoices are shown to client automatically once a period. It's great to have a platform that handles the administrative side of freelancing, letting me focus on my work instead of worrying about payments.

**What do you dislike about Hiper?**

I can't think of anything major. Sure, there might be a few minor improvements here and there, but overall, it's been a great experience.

**What problems is Hiper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiper solves the problem of tedious administrative tasks for freelancers. It eliminates the need for lengthy contract negotiations and simplifies invoicing and payouts. This allows me to start work immediately and focus on delivering results for my clients. It benefits me by reducing the time spent on paperwork, allowing me to concentrate on what I do best.

They were very responsive to questions. Slack support access is a plus.

**What do you dislike about Hiper?**

It is missing some features like redlining and invoice modification. But it is early stage l, so expect these capabilities soon .

Simple contract creation, dual signing and client invoicing.

**What do you like best about Hiper?**

Very easy to setup up a contract for ongoing work after you want to retain someone you've been working with on Upwork - I've been working with some freelancers off upwork and switch them to Hiper when I want to work with them in an ongoing way with a retain to take the relationship direct. It makes them feel like part of the team and I don't have to burden them with sending me invoices or anything like that - they get payments like standard payroll - cool tool!

**What do you dislike about Hiper?**

It would be great if Hiper had the software in different languages for where the contractors work like Ukraine or Brazil (inportuguese), but all our partners speak English so it's not a big deal - everyone loves using it - it make my job easy to pay all the freelancers and contractors working for us and makes it easy for them to get paid without having to lift a finger after they enter their bank account.

**What problems is Hiper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to start working with anyone from anywhere - I can meet someone on LinkedIn and work with them for a project or two and then retain them if they are good - so it let's you expriment with talent and then hire good people when it works out. If I went down the traditional route - I'd have to spend time with paperwork and onboarding and it slows down really getting to work with someone. It's like doing a try-before-you-buy with talent so you don't get stuff with someone that looks good  on paper and then when you start working with them after a couple of months you find out they aren't a good fit. Everyone I worked with that's good I start working with on Hiper whether it's a designer, web dev, or marketing person - simple and fast way of getting to work without the normal barriers or admin tasks with invoices and paying people - so you can just focus on the strategiyc work.

Hiper enables both talent and clients to dive into strategic work immediately without any friction. Administrative hurdles are eliminated, making contractual relationships, invoicing and payments a breeze!

**What do you like best about Hiper?**

Level up your business.  We are so much more efficient.  In our efforts to optimize business performance this was THE thing that saved us time finding the right people for the right role.  Finding fractional talent is hard but now we have the tool to make it easy and frictionless
