I use HiHello for networking and connecting at events, and it saves me time because I don’t have to create a new contact or tell people how to spell my name or count out my phone number and address. I think the layout is attractive, and when a contact gets all the way into someone’s address book, it’s pretty slick. It was very easy to create two profiles, one personal and one professional, use different photos for each, and switch between them. I use the QR code almost every time to help people add my contact, and it works most of the time. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that HiHello doesn’t work the same way on every phone. Sometimes my photo doesn’t show up, and the contact can look plain black and white or very colorful. It can take two or three steps to get into someone’s address book, and sometimes the QR code doesn’t stick so I have to try again. I’d like it to work uniformly and the first time, without a bunch of steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
