# Can employees use both digital business cards and automated email signatures together?

Yes — and the connection is the core reason HiHello's email signature offering is different from standalone signature tools.
When you add Email Signature Manager to an existing HiHello account, your cards and signatures draw from the same brand profile. Your logo, contact details, and design assets are shared across both — so when an employee updates their title or phone number, it updates in their digital business card and their email signature simultaneously, with no manual action required from them.
Both are managed from the same admin dashboard. Admins who already control card templates, brand assets, and team rosters for digital business cards can set up and deploy signatures from the same place — there is no separate onboarding, no duplicate setup, and no second tool to manage.
For teams already using HiHello for cards, adding signatures typically takes under a day to roll out across the entire organization.
