Friendly. Very thorough when it comes to learning the candidate's needs. **What do you dislike about Creative Circle?** A lot of contract work and less full time opportunities **Recommendations to others considering Creative Circle:** Be ready to spend time with the recruiter so they can get to know your needs and wants for your next job **What problems is Creative Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creative Circle helps people find job. The recruiters definitely put their whole self into each search. They find the right jobs. I've gotten two jobs through them. ### 2. There was a time that Creative Circle was very hands-on like a local agency in beng communicative on new opportunities, prepping for interviews, talking to you either way if an interview(s) lands you the role, and followups on other opportunities. At one point, I even got to go to the local office in person, they were very involved. Unfortunately, they have not done any of these things today. In light of me responding on a timely inquiry from them (I responded back within the hour) and got no response since, I'd recommend to look elsewhere. **What problems is Creative Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my mind, Creative Circle is supposed to provide a service where they are connecting me to roles that may be a fit, as well as be the middle person in the hiring process. ### 3. They would frequently contact me with leads, as well as send leads via email. **What do you dislike about Creative Circle?** In the past few months, Creative Circle has been deleting my emails unread five minutes after responding to a then-new post. They have been increasingly focused on gathering resumes than actually providing workers (and potentially clients) solid leads and feedback. They've truly become a churn-and-burn focused more on quantity than quality. **What problems is Creative Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a freelancer, I am always seeking new leads. In the past, Creative Circle provided both personalized and general leads. Unfortunately, they have taken a downward turn in quality. ### 4.
