I’d like to see more “how-to” guides, along with clearer messaging on why people should get on board with it, sent directly to users so we don’t have to do the selling ourselves. At the moment, the majority of our staff mainly use it for the automated Outlook signature. I would like signature's to be sync immediately as soon as the card is activated and I would like welcome emails to users sent as soon as their Entra ID syncs to HiHello. The offline version of the QR Code doesn't get me the contact of the other person. Online some people do forget to send me back their contact. Probably it needs to be more clear that they send their Data to me in return "let Richard know how to get in touch with you" I would also prefer to only ask for the number and not email first Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The templates don’t allow for much customization. You cant change primary and accent colors in the app by entering the hex code. You can’t control how data appears unless you intentionally enter data in fields to appear how you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m able to create up to four contact cards for free, which is really helpful. I also use their email signatures and Zoom backgrounds. What I like most about HiHello is that it takes something as simple as exchanging contact details and makes it much more convenient. I especially like being able to share my card instantly instead of worrying about carrying physical business cards or running out of them. The profile is easy to update, so I can keep my contact information current without having to create a new card. I also find the overall experience clean and straightforward rather than feeling overloaded with unnecessary features. One thing I don’t like about HiHello is that some of the useful options can take a little time to find when you’re using the platform for the first time. I also feel that the free version could offer a bit more flexibility, especially for people who only need the basic features but still want to customize their card. I use HiHello for creating email signatures and digital business cards, which conveniently support Gmail and Outlook. I really like how it syncs directories like Entra ID and Google Workspace. It's also great that I can create different signatures by departments. What stands out the most is how HiHello keeps our email signatures consistent across the team with its centralized management feature. It's super handy because we can update a signature once and see changes reflected across all employees, eliminating the need for everyone to manually update their own signature. I love that I can easily share my contact information without using paper business cards, and add new contacts to my phone with very little effort. I like the simple interface with a QR code. I like that HiHello is fast and easy. It has more wow factor than a scrap of paper, and with the QR code, I’m already in their contacts. In 8 seconds, I can watch somebody add me to their contacts list, then I can follow up. The design is a little limited, but that helps me stay focused on what I should be doing, not designing cards. I like how easy HiHello is to use. When I need to change something, the changes are instant. I love my email signature, and I can use it in text messages too. I can add links to the signature, almost like a link tree, that take my clients to booking sites made specifically for me. I can also share my digital business card when I don’t have a physical one, and get my information to prospective clients in seconds. I found the setup fairly easy to follow.
