Which is why we work to an agile inspired method of process. First, we dig deep to ensure we understand exactly what you want and need. Well then create an initial proposal of timescale, budget and design. Once everyone is happy, we work to two-week deliverable sprints. The project plan is always accessible in JIRA and we have an internal daily stand-ups to monitor daily tasks.
