What do you like best about HID DigitalPersona?

It's multi-factor authentication (MFA) that enables users to securely access corporate and public network resources through various authentication methods. Passwordless desktop authentication, allowing users to securely and efficiently log in to networks, applications, and Windows using biometrics, mobile devices, physical access badges, and smart cards. What do you dislike about HID DigitalPersona?

It is expensive for small businesses. Also Third-party integrationis weak.

It's fingerprint scanner malfunctions when your are using with sweat or oil on the fingers. It also having some lagging issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HID DigitalPersona solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, our company utilized grethr, which unfortunately proved to be incompatible with our fingerprint scanner. Consequently, we required a solution that could address our biometric authentication challenges while also offering a Password Manager and Identity and Access Management system for our employees. Fortunately, these issues were resolved by DigitalPersona. We are extremely satisfied with this tool as it provides all these features at a more affordable cost compared to other alternatives. I love being able to use my fingerprint for signing in to things like email and frequently used programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the fingerprint readers are picky. If there is too much oil on your finger or not enough it has a hard time reading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
