What do you like best about HeyHelp?

HeyHelp has honestly made checking email something I don’t dread anymore. Setup was super simple, which I appreciated after trying other assistants that felt way too complicated. Their support team has also been great whenever I had a question, quick and easy to work with. I use HeyHelp every single day now and it just feels natural. The color-coded tags make it obvious what needs my attention, and the AutoArchive keeps my inbox clean without me having to babysit it. Smart replies save me time and feel like they match the way I normally write. It also plugged right into my email without any headaches, which was a big relief. What do you dislike about HeyHelp?

What do you like best about HeyHelp?

What I like best about Hey Help is the complete transformation of my inbox management and the sheer amount of time it saves me daily.

This efficiency is primarily driven by the superb automatic tagging feature. It excels at sifting through emails, accurately tagging what's important versus what's merely informational. This clarity allows me to clear my inbox faster and eliminates the fear of missing critical messages—a fear that had previously kept me from using similar tools.

What do you dislike about HeyHelp?

I don't actually have a dislike for Hey Help. The only point of resistance I had was my initial fear of trying any email management tool, stemming from past bad experiences and worries about missing critical messages.
