**What do you like best about HelpServer?**

The existence of functionality to create content in dependence with roles/behaviors in our workflows is useful. HelpServer prevents the users from having to wade through piles of documentation and only presents to them what they need, at the right time.

**What do you dislike about HelpServer?**

HelpServer appears somewhat limited in terms of the direct modification of content. Where it is possible to set certain conditions and customize delivery, the mechanics of content construction and edition appear limited.

**What problems is HelpServer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrated into the system of our organization, HelpServer has effectively enhanced the aspect of user experience within utilizing various server. With user roles and actions, updates that contain the most relevant information are delivered at the necessary time.
