
What I loved the most about HelpDeskEddy was the ease with which users adapted to it, being able to resolve incidents and requirements from the moment the tool was deployed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actually there is very little that I did not like about HelpDeskEddy, I think it could include some reports on the use and closure of incidents and requests with better information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
