**What do you like best about Helm?**

I use Helm for my yacht brokerage, and it really helps us by uncovering who is on our website before they inquire. It streamlines forms and e-signatures and makes tracking contacts and leads through a deal much easier. I like that Helm integrated directly with my website and the Helm backend. They even made me a custom site that looks way better than mine and is optimized for conversion. The initial setup of Helm was very straightforward, and they migrated everything from Hubspot super well.

**What do you dislike about Helm?**

The only thing that could be improved is their Yacht World posting integration takes a little bit of time.

**What problems is Helm solving and how is that benefiting you?**
