There is very little traffic on the page, which makes it less useable compared to LinkedIn; it's tough to find the advocates on the page, not a beginner-friendly platform. It helps the person to take the Referrals. When a job comes, there is significantly less time to apply for it. To counter this, the platform gives the edge for getting the referral.
