**What do you like best about Hello Patient?**

What I like best about Hello Patient is how it simplifies the scheduling and intake process for both patients and staff. It reduces manual work, keeps information organized, and makes the overall patient experience more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Hello Patient?**

What I sometimes dislike about Hello Patient is that certain workflows are not always as intuitive or flexible as they could be. Certain issues still require staff intervention, and when something is not configured correctly, it can create extra steps instead of reducing them.

**What problems is Hello Patient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hello Patient is helping solve inefficiencies in scheduling, patient intake, and communication. It allows patients to complete more of the process on their own, which reduces phone calls and repetitive administrative work for staff. This benefits me by making workflows more organized, reducing manual follow-up, and giving the team more time to focus on patients and other operational priorities.
