What do you dislike about Heimdal?

Some advanced features, particularly around role management and account configurations, are not always clearly visible or intuitive based on user roles. Documentation could be more detailed for these areas. Additionally, greater transparency in certain security insights and detection logic would help improve analysis and troubleshooting. What do you like best about Heimdal?

I really like the front-end experience, particularly the dashboard home page. It provides clear visibility of third‑party patch management and update status, with intuitive click‑through navigation. The information is presented clearly on the landing page, making it easy to understand current status at a glance and enabling straightforward, effective monitoring. What do you dislike about Heimdal?

It can get a bit complicated when trying to look at the scheduling on the dates, especially when trying to schedule it around other schedules like Microsoft Patch Tuesdays. Lining up the weeks and making sure patch deployment fits our testing and deployment process is not as intuitive as I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Until then, did you get the chance to see this demo on 3rd party patch management sequencing order? Might come in handy at some point, although it doesn't solve the problem you wrote us about.
