IBM sametime is a very reliable communication software used primarily within the organization. Employees can quickly share information related to their work. They can do formal as well as informal chat with the colleagues. A very good feature is that you can exchange data files and setup voice and video meetings with the latest upgrade. What do you dislike about HCL Sametime?

The voice and video meeting setup feature needs to be improved. Sometimes during multi-person meetings, the voice and video quality deteriorates. During continuous use, the software seldom crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
