HCL sametime is the best application for IT companies to efficiently manage the real time communication and calling and texting internally. It is very easy to implement and integrate with other solutions along with video calling. HCL provides best customer support and we have been using it on a daily basis. But I feel that the calling connectivity is kind of not upto the mark and it can still be improved.
