**What do you like best about Order Management System?**

The order management system helps to monitor the order life cycle from start to finish until it is delivered to the customer. It also updates inventory within the system. Many features come built-in to help fulfill orders placed by customers/end users.

**What do you dislike about Order Management System?**

Slight issues in integration may potentially crash incoming orders or raise new issues within the error queue.

**What problems is Order Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It will be helpful in updating the status of orders, picking, packing, and blocking inventory, making it quite easy for the end user to use.
