Find Intelligent lawyers from 800 resumes I received for junior lawyer position in my law-firm

**What do you like best about GSE Hiring?**

Customized Screening Process, Zero Intervantation from my team, and completely automatic. Applicants have given them 4.6 ratings. We have used it for the screening process.

**What do you dislike about GSE Hiring?**

3 Days setup process. They asked for a job description and then started the process. It has given customized service, but hoping that they will give us a plug-play system in the law industry as they do in other sector like IT, Marketing

**What problems is GSE Hiring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strong return per hire, fast process than our past methods. We found good performers at lower CTC, which ultimately made a productive decision.  It will increase business performance collectively.

We have used GSE Hiring for the screening process for the hiring of our grocery stores. We evaluate candidates based on culture, situational behaviors and personality.

**What do you like best about GSE Hiring?**

Speed: We have screened candidates in 24 hours. It has saved considerable time as we have interviewed 4 candidates instead of 20-30 candidates.

**What do you dislike about GSE Hiring?**

Some candidates are not comfortable with technology. Fortunately, they have provided strong customer service & whole system is in Marathi (Local Language)

**What problems is GSE Hiring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We receive 1000+ applications for sales representive, it is always hard to find well-qualified candidates.
