GroupHigh was decent for sourcing, when it worked, but at some point it was no longer updating the APIs so the social data was inaccurate and then support was cut off, and the website failed often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. They were purchased and the company basically cut the business off, and wanted us to upgrade to Mavrck, which we absolutely did not. You can't be taking our money and not offer support and the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grouphigh is useful to discover influencers or blogs for a lot of industries. There are multiple search features that you can use to narrow your search results. You can search by keyword, hashtag, category, country, language, etc. It is better than the manual search for sure. Data and reports from Grouphigh are also valuable, you can get information and compare influencers against others. You can also export the information for a better analysis if required. I don’t like that some times results are not accurate or they are too broad. Even though you want to narrow down the results by adding more keywords, or search features, it is complicated to get an exact result or there are too many. Sometimes the same results appear even though you changed the parameters. There have been new changes lately, and still not sure if they can be called improvements. I like the keyword search options. The blogger bank that GroupHigh carries is massive...giving you plenty of options to choose from when you need to search for bloggers based on your target market. Whether it be for health and wellness, fitness, sports, parenting—GroupHigh has thousands of options to choose from. The "Discover" feature is easy to use, and the added touch of being able to filter by country, state, and city is nice also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GroupHigh can be a little too "busy"...by this I mean when you go to click into a blogger to see their details and contact information, there are so many options, buttons, and information on the page, it can be a little daunting. I would like to see it cleaned up a bit. Also, the scrolling in the trackers is disorienting—if you have a tracker that has 100 or so posts in it, you should be able to scroll up and down with ease like you do on any other web page.
