It is beneficial to have a centralized platform where everyone from the team will have access to consolidated data on a particular client. **What do you dislike about GreatSoft CRM?** Compared with the desktop version, GreatSoft CRM has has some limitations on functions, so it could not be suitable for managing customers in the field.
