It is beneficial to have a centralized platform where everyone from the team will have access to consolidated data on a particular client. **What do you dislike about GreatSoft CRM?** Compared with the desktop version, GreatSoft CRM has has some limitations on functions, so it could not be suitable for managing customers in the field. Some of these activities can only be done from the office and since this application cannot be accessed remotely, my work is limited to the office. **What problems is GreatSoft CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** GreatSoft CRM facilitates client relations for professional service enterprises as a means to store and process client informatin, as well as manage assignments.
