## Gravity Forms Reviews
 ### 1. Won't Use Another WordPress Form!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Flexibility. There are a ton of add-ons, it's hard for me to find something Gravity Forms can't do.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Price. I was fortunate enough to be grandfathered into their prior pricing model, so pricing isn't an issue for me, but it's a consideration when I refer it to people because many people don't want to pay the high price.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

I recommend trying it, even if the price seems high. It is so worth it, and it cuts down on my development time. I know that I can easily build long, complex forms with GF and it doesn't take an expert or take forever. I also recommend the multi-site license, because you're going to want to use it on every site you build!

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've built simple product order forms, contact forms, intake forms, sign up forms, mailing list opt ins, the possibilities are endless with Gravity Forms.

 ### 2. The Only Form Builder for Your Next WordPress Project

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew E. | Manager of Product Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity Forms allows users to quickly create powerful forms for any WordPress website. The drag-and-drop interface, preset CSS classes and intuitive conditional make it accessible to novice and power users alike.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

While this isn't a "dislike," I wish that Gravity Forms supported integration with a broader selection of marketing automation solutions and / or CRMs. Using Zapier, users can connect with most third-party systems, but this adds additional complexity and cost.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Gravity Forms is the only form builder that I consider when building a WordPress website. It includes powerful features and doesn't take hours to instal / implement.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gravity Forms has made it easy for me to build smart contact forms that are mobile friendly / responsive. It saves me time during development and helps my customers' websites really shine while creating a positive experience for their visitors.

 ### 3. Oldest and best Forms plugin for WordPress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tevya W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Tons of functionality, plus tons of add-ons, code snippets and more. There's little you can't accomplish with Gravity Forms!

We use Gravity Forms on all our member's sites. We often replace inferior forms plugins with GF an can then eliminate issues or add functionality not possible on other plugins.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

The interface isn't as smooth and nice as many of the newer forms plugins. Would love to see the UI get a modern makeover with full drag and drop. Plus I'm not a big fan of the way the CSS is setup and works. Would also like to see more style control or a better set of default styles at least.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of stuff from simple contact forms to advanced ecommerce forms. Simple purchasing to complex applications. Gravity Forms is so flexible. Such an important tool to have in your toolbox.

 ### 4. Easy use and has been a success with my clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Flexibility, integrations and payment gateways.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

It does not come with a build-in integration with any other e-commerce platform like Woocommerce.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Read the documentation before implementing. The solution has more to offer.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From events registration to point of sale solutions.

 ### 5. Integrated Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Allows for integration with WP Profile Builder for a better client experience - prevents our clients from having to enter the same information.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Form id is generic - hard for parsing it out/external processing of data through our in house software. Would prefer it actual field IDs could be set, instead of generic numbers. Makes it harder for us when it comes to syncing information between platforms.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developing a client portal/reservations flow for our website.

 ### 6. Great and flexible tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

The flexibility of the tool. I use it not just to do contact forms, but to connect to my project management system, I use to to pass variables to have unique email forms for some of our vendors, and we use it with clients to manage content better.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

My only complaint is that I wish it handled larger files for file uploads and did it more securely.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

It's a great tool. I think getting creative with it and how it connects to other tools is what makes it really powerful and give it the ability to add value.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gravity forms allows me to interact with my customers easily and in a very sophisticated manner on my website. Once I connect it to Zapier and added some security add-ons, the possibilities are only limited by my creativity.

 ### 7. Love me some Gravity Forms!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Skip B. | Founder | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I really like the flexibility and ease of use. I can easily setup and manage forms on all of our website builds saving a ton of time. There are a ton of integrations from payment processing to data transfer. Love Gravity Forms!

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Sometimes making simple changes to the aesthetic can be more difficult than I would like, but after years of use I have figured them out. This takes time to figure out, but once you have the sky is the limit with this platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Take the time to learn the platform. You will want to create a thorough checklist to ensure you don't make any mistakes when setting it up. Once you have done it a few times, you will see just how much potential there is.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the form integration process with our websites.

 ### 8. I'll Never Use Another Form Builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marisa V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity Forms is easy, intuitive, and has by far the most add-on options. I can use it to process payments, get a contact request, or create powerful functionality with the conditional logic options.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

There can be javascript conflicts on a rare occasion. That's mostly when I try to get complex with the conditional logic.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Always go for the pro license. It's worth it for the add-ons alone.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gravity Forms on every. single. one. of my clients' websites. Many times it's just the most powerful way to get contact forms, but I often connect it to their mailing list platforms to feed into a newsletter list (and have better visual control of that form), create quizzes, and even registrations for virtual events. I honestly haven't found something I can't do with Gravity Forms yet.

 ### 9. Best in class product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donovan M. | Founder and Technical Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I have enjoyed the ease it is to create forms, but even better is the amount of add-ons that enable Gravity Forms to integrate into many 3rd party tools. It stores data in a logical way and notifications and conformations are intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

It can be difficult to style the form to fit in with your sites design.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Once you have started working with Gravity forms you will see the benefits very quickly. I have one client that went from very limited web site experience to creating complex multiple forms in a very short period of time.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple e-commerce solutions, user login process and tools, creation of posts, communication with 3rd party platforms. I actually cant think of a site I have worked on that does not use Gravity Forms.

 ### 10. Industry leading form builder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob J. | Director, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity Forms has the most flexibility of any form builder we've used. Clients are demanding more and more these days from even the most basic of websites and so we choose to build our clients questionnaires, contact forms and integrations using Gravity Forms as it is endlessly scalable, has an easy to use API and there are dozens of high quality add-ons.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Out of the box, Gravity forms are rather plain with many newer form builders hitting the market with a focus on a much more updated UI.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

If you need a flexible option with advanced form building functionality then Gravity Forms is the best option for Wordpress websites.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Onboarding questionnaires
- Online Will kits
- Advanced questionnaire's
- Simple Survey's
- COVID-19 disaster response applications
- Volunteer applications
- Leads

 ### 11. The Go-To WordPress Forms Plugin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity Forms is hands down the best form plugin for WordPress. I implement it on all of my client websites because it is secure, reliable and easy to use. The customization options with conditional logic, notification and confirmations is unparalled.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

The only aspect of Gravity Forms I don't like is the initial UI design when creating a new form. The arrows are helpful from a user perspective but I think it could benefit from a redesign.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have utilized Gravity Forms on countless client websites. The integration with e-commerce solutions, whether it's direct integration with PayPal, Authorize.net and Stripe, or more advanced customization with WooCommerce have been awesome. Many of my clients are non-profit organizations who require very complex membership forms that integrate with payment and Gravity Forms is simply the best.

 ### 12. Longtime user of GF and wouldn't go anywhere else...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I can make complex forms extremely quickly, duplicate them on the site I'm using or to other sites and the notification and integration options are endless (I've found).

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

It's easy to add custom CSS, but I wouldn't mind a little more formatting options in the plugin itself, just to save time for clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Gravity Forms works for any situation - there may be a third party addition like Zapier or custom developer, but don't give up quickly if you can't figure your current situation out...it can be achieved with GF.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything from communication, e-commerce, contracts & agreements, registrations, bookings. I use GF for all of those. I think the speed of getting these complex tools built and the integration with tools inside and outside of WordPress is the biggest benefit.

 ### 13. Gravity Forms Is Our Go-To WordPress Form Plugin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Managing Member =, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I like how Gravity Forms provides both easy to use form building for nonprogrammers, as well as APIs for programmers.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

The Elite license is kind of expensive, and it hits every year. This makes sense from your business perspective. It's worth it, but it would be even more worth it for $100 less.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're building forms for WordPress. We solve the problem of needing forms.

 ### 14. Best Wordpress Form Available!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peggy H. | President / Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity Forms has so many features that make it easy to provide many tools my customers need to be successful and reach their customers. I don't have to "look" for other plugins for many basic tasks.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

The complexity of Gravity Forms (the functionality) brings a learning curve with it ... I am still learning new features and tools and have been using it since 2016.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Definitely worth the investment for meeting your client's form needs. I have a developer license and give the form to all my clients. I wouldn't want to work without it.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GF for many problems - contact forms, online sales, questionnaires, check ins, etc. It has eliminated the need for many plugins that have a single purpose because it does so much.

 ### 15. Great and Affordable WordPress Form Option

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

The plugin comes with the ability to manage form responses natively within Wordpress. You can also customize form completion notifications to be sent to multiple people at once.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Not a lot to dislike here. The only thing that is tricky is that if you are using an email with the same domain as your website, then you'll need to set up a custom SMTP relay service with the form. Fortunately, Gravity forms has an add-on for that which makes install very easy. The add-on is a few bucks but essential and worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Definitely worth the price. Make sure to plan for the SMTP relay add-on.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to isntall gravity forms easily on client websites and give them the ability to manage responses easily too.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy integration for capturing email to newsletters, call to actions, easy to export data, saves data unlike contact form 7, can change CSS easily for better design, easy drag and drop, show and hide fields with conditional logic, and forms to custom post fields to name a few.

I prescribe gravity structures to people who are searching for a speedy and simple approach to actualize a structure into WordPress site. **What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are such a large number of too notice, yet the primary issues I settle for customers is utilizing it as a booking apparatus for home help organizations and the foam. I've been using Gravity Forms for many years and I'm really impressed with what the developers have done. Meanwhile I have created more than 100 websites and almost every one of them has a contact form. And of course with Gravity Forms. The support from Gravity Forms is more than excellent. ### 23. Gravityforms, add-on for creating forms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean P. | Ingeniero de sistemas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

One of the most used elements on a website is forms, be they simple contact forms or more advanced forms to request all kinds of data.

One of the best options is the Gravity Forms premium plugin, which comes with a multitude of elements that you can add to your forms, such as text fields, check boxes, date and time selectors, file upload fields, to buy products, etc.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

I would say that the export information form could have better field control, but in general it is not as bad as it is. However, a form of gravity is an option to make an effective solution to the Wordpress format, but a customer support team that does not have support.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

I highly recommend it, since it has been very useful for my company and with clients, it is very easy to use
But sometimes it has its complications and it has many options to create your form in a unique and special way. It is an excellent plugin to make forms and helps me a lot in the company.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the great advantages of this plugin is that it has lots of add-ons to expand its functionality, such as PayPal and Stripe add-ons to be able to easily accept payments, integrations with some email marketing platforms and CRM's, to conduct surveys, etc. I can do many things with this plugin and I love it for that.

 ### 24. Power, Versatility, and Simplicity in one Package!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

As a web designer and WordPress Consultant, Gravity Forms allows me to create any kind of form for my clients and for my own business as well. Using conditionals or adding functionality like payment fields, I am able to create everything from simple contact forms to complex event registrations simply and easily.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Building the forms in the backend is a bit clunky and outdated. I would prefer a frontend, WYSIWYG builder instead.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my own business, I have been able to create functional client questionnaires to help me gain and organize new leads. For my clients, I have been able to create donation forms, quizzes, and event registrations quickly and easily.

 ### 25. More functionality than free forms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** N'neka S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I like the powerful features included in the basic version.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Many of the integrations require a developer's license which is more than I need.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

If you're considering Gravity forms, it's likely because you need more than the basic form collection features that are available in free form software. Trial Gravity Forms and see how it works for you. Check out the Zapier integrations as well to see how others are using it.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as a contact form on my website. I have one form that will send it to my CRM and newsletter list. And it can send it to the correct lists based on the type of service using conditional forms.

 ### 26. Gravity Forms is extremely robust and makes my job easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

You can create forms with ease and as a developer I can take that data and store it in custom database tables to use the data however I need!

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

There is nothing for me to dislike about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

You can't go wrong with Gravity Forms. You can create anything from simple to complex forms and include payment processors. You can also save any form data with the help of a developer and use it however you need. It is multi-faceted and can meet almost any need when collecting data from users.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Gravity Forms for many different types of data collection. For one client I created an Application Form for their vendors to be in their Home and Garden shows. Every time the form is filled out, the client and vendor receive an emailed copy. All the fields are then stored in a custom section of the database where my client can then go and edit and approve the vendor application. The vendor then gets an email with a link to pay for their booth space in the show. My client can later auto generate a list of all vendors in alphabetical order and under each category, showing the vendor name and booth space. This allows show attendees to know where at the show those vendors will be when they arrive. All this from a form that I can then save the data and use how I need!

 ### 27. Indispensable for all my sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Number one: Flexibility and conditional logic. For a large non-profit organization, we recently tried to switch to a CRM for donations. We had to switch back to Gravity Forms because the client cannot give up the flexibility and only revealing necessary fields to the user. Nobody wants to fill out a long form; users only want to see fields that are relevant to them.

Number two: Neat integration with PayPal and Stripe. With IPN, we can easily see status of transactions, whether one time or recurring.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Seriously, nothing. I just wish it could act like a CRM and consolidate the entries by email address. That would be my dream come true. Though we've integrated it with external CRMs and Canvas.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Look at the pricing. It's all included. Other forms have add-on costs. Plus, with GF there are extensions you can buy for speciality forms. Like I bought one for a junior rodeo associations event entry form - it adds up all the contestant's entries to a total plus cost of PayPal fees.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I specialize in non--profit organizations and Gravity Forms is the perfect solution. Non profits often spend way too much on apps for donations and events.

 ### 28. Gravity Forms has made its way to be our agency's primary form creator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

It's easy to install, we can import/export forms from our other sites as well as user-submitted entries. The conditional logic feature is really easy to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

While the form creator is easy to use, it can take longer to create forms with the interface load time.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

I would test it out on a simple contact form at first and then try a more difficult form using conditional logic.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations with client's CRMs and third-party software has been really simple. Connecting to merchant gateways and email clients is super easy!

Using Gravity Forms we're able to build elementary email forms and complex forms requiring conditional logic all within the same form builder.

 ### 29. The easiest and most robust form solution for Wordpress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy H. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

The ability to create forms that allow purchases with a variety of payment gateways, but without engaging with or paying for a full e-commerce solution. I have installed this plug-in for many organizations and have collected tens of thousands of dollars through Gravity Forms.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Sometimes I’ll think of features that the forms don’t have that would be useful to a client. However those features typically eventually get added.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On a number of websites I have installed their form to blog post feature, which allows users to submit content for an admin to review and post really easily. I have used their forms to collect contest entries and of course payments and donations

 ### 30. The best Wordpress plugin, not just the best Wordpress form plugin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

It’s the first plugin I install on any new site I build. The flexibility of gravity forms is amazing. You can even use it to make little e-commerce functions. Love the fact that there is a developer licence that you can use on multiple sights and that it’s not super expensive.

I love the conditional logic in it and how complex you can make forms because of it. The page navigation sections also make it so that long forms are easier for users to digest and have never found a plugin that works as well as gravity forms does. When you opt for the ultimate licence you get almost every integration you could want and they all work amazingly if there’s something you don’t see an integration for you can use gravity forms zapier integration to connect with other services, it’s honestly a lifesaver.

We switched from woofoo to gravity forms years ago and have never looked back. Woofoo was unreliable in its styling and the fact that sometimes the connection between the site and woofoo would drop out and we would lose leads and submissions. Since switching to gravity forms we have not had one of those issues in at least 6 years.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

A function where the words of the submit button could change based on conditional logic would be cool, and the ability to edit the design of the emails sent out from gravity forms would be greatly appreciated.

One area that could be better is gravity form’s ability to to edit on mobile as I find the interface a little floaty but could be because I use and iPhone 8+ which is not really a standard device size.

I wish there were an easier way to style fields and labels and have conditional “submit buttons” but other than that it’s perfect.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve used it from everything from contact forms, to online menus, an end of day balance sheet with conditional logic and math. Very versatile.

We have used it for a company that has over 10000 products and variations that have to be ordered through a form and there is no way we could’ve done it without gravity forms.

We have used to integrate into our automation workflows by directing users who contact us into various funnels based on the responses to their forms.

We have used it for online menus as to avoid the dreaded “downloadable PDF” menu. We created an online menu with pricing and addition that has helped a business stay afloat among the Covid-19 pandemic.

 ### 31. Powerful Form Builder for Wordpress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline M. | Webmaster, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity forms permit users the ability to create astonishingly powerful custom forms for their websites. We mainly used this application for lead generation, booking and receiving customer feedback. The best thing about Gravity forms is it allowed users to create custom forms besides the basic drag and drop sample form that came after setup. GravityForms also integrates will with so many other applications such as Mailchimp, PayPal, stripe, etc.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

One thing I dislike with GravityForms is the lack of design templates for the form. I feel that we should be able to change the forms template with one click instead of coding it.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

I recommend GravityForms to anyone looking for an easy form builder. We absolutely loved GravityForms we switched to Formcraft but as soon as GravityForms implements more templates to their forms we are switching right back. They are #1 when it comes to form functionality.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first launched the website GravityForms was our first choice we were able to obtain so many submissions with our first form. It was a simple form that allowed us customers who had questions about our service to contact us. We then added various forms on different pages. For example, we had one for booking customers and one for receiving feedback

 ### 32. Gravity Forms Performs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I have made some very complicated forms and Gravity Forms has done the job very well each time

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

While I don't mind using add-ons, I sometimes wish that some simpler things were incorporated into the base software.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Use it. I have not found anything I could not accomplish with this software. From simple fill in the blank to complicated custom logic, I have always had great success. When I do need support, they are quick and get me taken care of professionally.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forms that transfer data from form to form in a sequence of forms, highly secure encrypted forms, registrations and payments... and simple stuff like gathering names and emails.

 ### 33. Gravity's Weight

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** joe p. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Very versatile and integrates well with my payment system

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

I highly dislike not being able to create a form that lists products, prices and quantity amounts intuitively for the use of having customers send us a curbside pickup order request.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

They need real live support. No ability to contact anyone with an issue is a terrible problem with this type of software. The consequences of not properly integrating payment gateways could cause major problems that could have been avoided had they had any support whatsoever. But they don't.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've discovered gravity forms can be a 1-stop solution for many of the forms and processes ive needed to create

 ### 34. Excellent Plugin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Any time I need an integration, they have one available. It's also very easy to use. I don't like when forms plugins make you use all sorts fo shortcodes, and with Gravity forms, there's only one and it's the one to place it on the paqe you want.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Some of the integrations require Zapier, which can be confusing.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

The first implementation around notifications might be a little confusing, but take some time to do them right and you'll be happy. BCC yourself so you get responses and can make sure they're working.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to collect information from a wide variety of users and purposes. Sometimes we sell things, sometimes we collect and deliver data to a third party, sometimes we just ask a few questions, but anything we do is super easy and we can always find answers. Their support is also really good.

 ### 35. The best WordPress Form Builder in the biz!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua H. | CEO / Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Endless capabilities with the platform. I've used Gravity Forms on over 400 WordPress projects in 7 years and have created a wide range of forms for registration, payment, membership management, quizzes and more. Clients love the capabilities and the results we can achieve with little budget.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Not much to dislike about the platform, there are some occasional hiccups or issues you run into depending on the integration, the product is always getting updated and supported where possible.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating efficient user experiences for end-users looking to achieve registration, payment or personalization functions. We've built endless quote calculators and wizard based systems to collect data and leads for our clients.

 ### 36. Comprehensive Forms Plugin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cortney L. | Owner, Social Media & Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I appreciate the advanced field options. We've been using Gravity Forms for years and enjoy the reliability and security.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

I wish that there was a shortcode generator within the form that would allow you to customize instead of having to rely on a basic builder to use the form integration. The majority of our pages are built with various page builders and we end up having to create a shortcode to insert. It's not a big deal, but would be nice to have.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

I cannot think of anything we need in contact form software that Gravity Forms does not provide.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for our clients with subscription services.

 ### 37. Easy-to-use and visually-appealing form builder that integrates well with other platforms.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

It integrates well with many platforms, in which I use it with WordPress and HubSpot. I found it very easy to set-up my account, to build user-friendly forms and embed them throughout my website.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

It can be a bit clunky at times and I sometimes get duplicate entries of my form in external platforms.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting form submissions on my site to my CRM with ease and little-to-no coding required.

 ### 38. How Gravity Forms helps my business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity Forms is flexible and easy to configure. With it's drag and drop form builder a content editor can easily create forms.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Some forms require advanced layouts and while you can add custom CSS to the fields - you don't have total control over the HTML

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

For a flexible forms system that can be configured in a number of different ways this is the best forms plugin out there.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to do event registrations, online donations, membership directories and much more with Gravity Forms. I've been able to do this without having to use plugins which do a lot of other unneeded functions

 ### 39. I use Gravity Forms exclusively for form building and payments.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Easy and intuitive tools make it easy to start collecting data. Responses to both Admins and Customers are very easily configurable. Most of our customers pay for their projects online via the Authorize.net module. It has worked flawlessly for years. I really like that you have so many integrations with products like Zappier and MailChimp.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Custom pricing could be more easily configurable. Seems that you need to be more of a programmer to do this. Annual fees are a bit high relative to other plugins but I still find myself coming back to Gravity Forms for its ease of use.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Gravity Forms is a great solution to quickly develop forms, polls and payments

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use GF to make conditional dropdown menus for RFP quote requests on our site. Adding users to our newsletter via Gravity Forms and MailChimp is a breeze.

 ### 40. Simply the BEST Forms Plugin EVER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Ease of use and the depth of the product.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

There are some 3rd party add-ons that are old and no longer valid. Not really GF's fault though.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Keep up the GREAT work!

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are asked to come up with some pretty robust form solutions and with Gravity Forms, we have always been able to execute. Conditional logic fields are worth the price of admission alone!

 ### 41. A WordPress form plug-in does most of the things

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

This is an entry-level form plugin that does most of what you want. It's easy to use and adoption process is simple and quick.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

This plugin was chosen by our website revamp vendor so it came into our WordPress at the very beginning and did what we want at that moment. However, after several cycles, our user has added several new requirements like salesforce lead integration and anti-spam with honeypot method...etc, which are not supported by this plugin.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

This is an easy choice if you don't have demanding requirements.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gravity Forms enable our WordPress site to create lead forms and registration forms. This is a user friendly way to save both user and IT's effort to develop a native solution.

 ### 42. has worked perfectly for creating my own workflow automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milly H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Integration with other sites - being able to receive the form as an email but also use Zapier to create ways to store this data in Google Drive

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

would like more options available for payment gateways

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

if you would like to store data better its great

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to store data from my enquiry form has saved hours in yearly progress reports

 ### 43. I've been using with pleasure for several years...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Simplicity, optimal form, satisfying all needs, a solution that accumulates the features of several plugins

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Currently - absolutely nothing. In the beginning, the most problems were with CSS Ready Classes, and CSS modifications.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

Take and do not hesitate! At first it may look scary especially for people with little experience, but trust me - it's simpler than it looks. This tool is for everyone, and although the price may seem too high - it's worth every penny !! It will pay off for you.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Difficult question :) I use it absolutely for every form I need to create. From simple contact forms, to more complex forms with mathematical calculators (e.g. BMI calculators, calories etc.) This is a tool that satisfies my needs and allows me to meet the clients' needs - what else do I need :)

 ### 44. A flexible and robust solutions for Wordpress Forms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

We started using Gravity forms early on and we enjoy the flexibility of the reform builder as well as the documentation and support for complex forms

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Form deliverability can be challenging for any system but Gravity seems to get hung up more and requires a third-party solution to ensure deliverability

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

It is an excellent tool for all levels of form integrations but make sure you have a strategy for deliverability, like Amazon SES or similar

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used the platform to create complex multi-step save and return later plugins that we could not replicate with other form plugins

 ### 45. The ONLY WordPress form plugin I use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jocelyn M. | Wordpress Web Designer, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I've been using Gravity Forms since before 2015! It is by far the best form software out there. Not only does it have what I need in most cases out of the box, but the support team is also amazingly helpful when I have an application that tries to stand things on their heads functionally.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

My only dislike is the out of the box styling, but with the design add-ons from Beaver Builder and such that it no longer an issue.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything from a basic contact form, to a complex event registration, to membership profile creation

 ### 46. Good support but some visual enhancements needed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

ability to do forms with multiple pages.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

A bit more internal error checking with conditional logic. Eg if characters like pipes are in they disrupt how they detect certain conditions.

Ideally more control over buttons etc without having to do custom css.

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

do a trial first

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all forms on 1 page and soon I'll do a webhooks project.

 ### 47. The best forms for WordPress - Hands Down!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg A. | Founder & President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity forms is the best form plugin for Wordpress and there isn't a close second. We've used them all, and Gravity Forms is the one we always come back to. Features, ease of use, and the robust integrations library are what really make it the best choice. We often need to connect forms to platforms such as MailChimp and Gravity Forms makes this very simple.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Very occassionally we'll hit a bug but even when that happens, support is on it and has been very helpful.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gravity Forms makes it easy for us to implement enterprise level contact forms and more complex forms on a variety of user websites. We can integrate these forms with other software platforms are clients are using such as mail chimp and sales force which is huge. It's easy to use, easy to teach, and the support is great.

Super easy integrations with other systems make Gravity the best form tool to use for web development.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Right now the only thing that I'd love is the ability to style more easily but that's cosmetic thing which isn't that important

**Recommendations to others considering Gravity Forms:**

It's easy to build and reliable.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking payments (without having a shopping cart plugin, integrations with email marketing systems.

**Reviewed by:** James B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

My favorite part of Gravity Forms is the way that it connects with the rest of my marketing technology stack. It also makes it very easy to offer forms to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

I wish there were easier ways to style some of the forms or ways that we could use the form fields better but I can usually do this with my page builders.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One very cool way that we use Gravity Forms is to allow registrations for licenses that we provide via PDF. I like being able to snap on additional functions as needed.

 ### 50. Gravity Forms Rocks!!!

**Reviewed by:** Kem G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I love how easy Gravity Forms is to use and customize. It's also very easy for clients to use once their site has been turned over to them.

There really isn't anything I dislike about this plugin. There are some things I'd like to see added but other than that it rocks.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used gravity forms as a simple eCommerce solution, contact forms, job application, rental application, data collection, login form, account creation and more. The benefits are that I have a reliable solution to any type of form the client asks for.
