"The Most Versatile & Powerful Web Form Solution Available"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The features, flexibility and clean integration with Zapier, allowing you to integrate your Gravity Forms data with other cloud based apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

The only downside is that you need to be on the Wordpress platform to use Gravity Forms. It's not a huge issue though. The Gravity Forms plugin is so good that I will go out of my way to install Wordpress just so I can use it, even though it may be easier to use a standalone, hosted form solution. "Extremely flexible form builder with multiple applications and integrations"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I have been using Gravity Forms for a few years now and I install it on almost every one of my client’s Wordpress sites. It is a very flexible form builder with lots of options that can be applied for many different purposes. The conditional statements are also very useful. It is easy to customize the appearance as well. The support team is generally very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

As a website developer I find the plugin relatively easy to use, but anytime I have to explain the features to my clients or where to find the entries they find it too confusing.

There have been some plugin conflicts on occasion. I also get way too much spam submitted through the forms despite using a combination of spam blockers that the developers recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy To Use Forms That Grow With Your Site"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The ease of setting up forms are so simple. allows us to quickly and easily add to client sites. Also, the forms expand as the client has more needs, can do pricing, setup with email lists, send a custom email to clients. Nice that most of the functionality for conditional logic comes with it so you don't need to add on.

I also enjoy that it is easy to see which site the license is on, so you can check out where you are using the license.

Using Gravity Forms has helped save time when it comes to copying forms from one site to another and some pre-built styles are nice to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Styling can be a bit of a burden since it requires knowing the CSS prebuilt codes (CSS Ready Classes). But after a bit you learn them, just wish it allowed you to change the formatting within the form editor. This way you can use maybe a dropdown to pick the column type and then you can style without having to adjust css. Great for someone with front-end development knowledge, but the clients usually can't use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gravity Forms is the best Wordpress Form Plugin on the WP Market"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

It's completely customizable (even with Elementor - there are even Elementor addons that allow for further customization), it's a strong, reliable plugin that overall does everything I need and more. When I say more - it has integrations with just about anything you need it to integrate with. I use it with Zapier and Mailchimp add-ons for not only my own website, but for every new client website which we build as well. Gravity forms are also very simple to build - which is a big plus. I don't ever utilize any other type of form plugin on Wordpress other than Gravity forms. It's been that way for the past 3 years and will continue. Thank you Gravity forms for being so awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

It would be great if there was further styling options without adding css. It would also be awesome if there were a direct Elementor front-end form builder for Gravity Forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Online Solution for WordPress Forms"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

There are many things to like about Gravity Forms but by far the most impressive thing about GF is the ecosystem. Gravity forms has created an amazing product that allows you to collect data, take payments, run a quiz, take a poll, and more while others have created amazing tools to help you visualize that data by showing it in a table, as a spreadsheet, or pie chart. You can create a business or employee directory. We have even taken gravity forms data and sent it to populate PDF or Word documents to complete contracts or agreements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Yes, for as perfect as Gravity Forms is, it does have a drawback or two, the biggest is not having some data export options out of the box, you need a third party. You can get the data as a CSV file, so in most instances, that is good enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A trusted plugin for many years!"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

We have used Gravity Forms for over 5+ years and, as a web agency, have installed and set up Gravity From on over 100 websites. We have been able to leverage the plugin for complex booking forms, registrations and more. The ability for Gravity Forms to connect with so many third-party solutions has made it our preferred form plugin. We would highly recommend this plugin to those needing a plugin solution for WordPress submission forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

If Gravity Forms can improve the native ability for styling, that would be great. Right now it depends on the theme, page builder plugins or theme css. It would also be great to improve the tooltip and description feature to be allow for media or be more interactive so we can move someone through a form, add videos to questions or popup explanations. The step by step progression could also be improved to be vertical and keep the previous section on the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Premier WordPress Forms Solution"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Incredibly easy to make forms, even complex multi-step forms or forms with payments.

Great user interface.

Great storage of form submissions, and notification customizations.

Relatively simple to do more complex things as well, such as user-submitted custom post types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

You do need to provide CSS to make it look presentable. It would be nice if they packaged basic CSS themes with the plugin. They would still be able to customize on top of, but they would provide a better baseline presentation.

Occasionally we have wished that we could implement some type of simple booking calendar (like for vacation rentals) more easily with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gravity Forms, is the only form maker for Wordpress"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity forms keep entries in the database, so if you forget to set an email address or something to a client's form. You can just go back and see who filled stuff out! Also, the ease of setup is fantastic, 10 minutes to create fairly complex forms, as well as all the user-created add-ons, make it indispensable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I find on longer forms, that it is fairly difficult to navigate the form fields in the admin area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must on every WordPress website we create, big or small"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity Forms is the gold standard for WordPress forms. We use it on every single website we create (we have a Developer license), no matter the size or complexity of the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

The one small drawback (but it's a very minor one) are the very limited "styling" options. Gravity Forms can be styled but you need some development/CSS skills to do it. It could be more "user friendly" in that regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic, flexible plugin with excellent support"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I appreciate the range of flexibility and the amount of options available to me with my developer license through GravityForms with all of the add-ons that come with that! I also love the quick, helpful support I always get when I hit a snag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

This is likely more related to specific WordPress themes, but sometimes styling can get a little bit messed up and has to be fixed via CSS, which may not be as helpful for some users who are not versed in coding. I love all of the available CSS classes that come included with Gravity Forms, but again for someone who does not know what a CSS class is, this likely isn't the easiest form of usage, and is something I have had to take extra time to explain in WordPress training.
