"Gravity Forms is essential to my small web design agency."
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I love the support and features that Gravity forms offers for my agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

The only thing I would wish is that there was a lifetime option instead of a yearly expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My GO-TO plugin for ANY type of form on Wordpress"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I love how extensively you can use this form tool. I have created online order forms, complex donation forms, and simple contact forms, all with the same tool. It's one of the two plugins that I add to every single site I build. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I honestly haven't discovered anything that I don't like about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GravityForms - Easy & Consistent"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

GravityForms is simple to use, easy to customize, and is my absolute go to for Wordpress forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Honestly, not a lot. The Captcha seems to be hit or miss but I don't imagine that is GF's fault Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic, full-featured WordPress form plugin!"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

For me, the best part of using Gravity Forms is the ability to integrate with popular services like Mailchimp, Stripe, Google Sheets, and more. It allows our business to collect payments, product inquiries, and other types of requests from our customers while customizing what kind of information we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

There are two real downsides to using Gravity Forms: (1) it is not *free* like many other form builders for WordPress, and (2) it is not always "friendly" with every theme out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simply the Best Form Builder Available"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Not only does it handle simple forms with ease, but it can handle more complex forms such as value calculators that use math, or insurance claim forms that require extensive amounts of user information. It does all of this while you don't have to code a thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Submit buttons only come in image or input varieties. Having the option to use a <button> tag would allow for more sophisticated button styles via CSS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Gravity forms since 2012"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity Forms is accessible for everyone, it can be used by 'simple' users but also extended and built upon by advanced developers. It can be easily explained to users and can create complex solutions and conditional logic really quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

The back-end interface needs an overhaul, it has been the same since 2012. I think there are many area's the UI & UX can be improved upon.

Gravity Forms does not support creating (basic) forms in combination with a page builder (eg.wpbeaverbuilder.com), it would be awesome if Gravity Forms had a (non gutenberg) frontend experience.

There is no lifetime license or something like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very powerful plugin, affordable hassle free pricing."
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity forms is easy to use, and is frequently updated. The plugin does a terrific job of adding forms to a website, and is easy to style specifically to your website. Features like spam honeypots and captcha help to ensure you're getting real contact data. There are many different specialized input fields such as email, and phone which format the answers and normalize the data. Gravity Forms also has awesome conditional logic, which allows you to create progressive forms that change over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

API still leaves a little to be desired. The upcoming Version 2 of the Gravity Forms API looks like it will resolve many of the issues with the V1 API. Integration with Zapier is good enough that it will solve most integration problems, but there are can still be small problems with incompatible data that can be annoying. "Best WP forms platform I've used"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

It's well-documented, has a ton of integrations covering most apps you'd want it to interface with and because it's open source, it's extensible. I hired an Upwork dev to create a custom add-on to Gravity Forms to be able to capture UTM params on new leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

There's no real drawbacks I can speak of. I would've said "ability to do in-place updates" but they seemed to solve that somewhere in the last year. I don't have any complaints with Gravity Forms. It's good for what it does. Or if there's something better I have yet to discover it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Versatility"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I'm a Freelance contractor and I have used Gravity Forms on client sites for over 6 years now. Everything from simple contact forms to complex personality tests with custom scoring. Whatever it can't perform natively can be accomplished with third party tools which can easily be integrated with the extensive library of hooks, filters and API. Quite simply the most comprehensive form solution for WordPress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Some complex math is not native within Gravity Forms such as exponents, log, sine and cosine. These are common in some financial calculations. Abandonment of the 'Legacy' Forums. I have gleaned more useful information from those forums than any documentation provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Valuable asset"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

It's flexible with copious integrations and extensions. You can create any form you set your mind to, make it do just about anything. I've mapped forms to PDF, used it to create app-like user experiences for clients who want to automate onboarding for clients. They also use it to prequalify and weed out leads, in an educational way for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Delayed support response due to location Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
