"The best I've ever used! Worth every cent!"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The conditional fields, notifications and confirmations are perfect. The integration possibilities are limitless. I've been using this plugin for 4 years, I've tried many others but nothing compares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I always end up writing my own CSS to style the forms because the third-party templates are never the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Depending on the platform, integrating with some third-party platforms can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal Contact Page Form Wordpress plugin around the Market"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I have utilized Gravity Forms upon lots of Wordpress sites. There are lots of integrations readily available and it's also a real dynamic application making it possible for post creation, newsletter sign up, a whole bunch more than just mailing a contact form alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Thre is nothing to dislike about the tool, it is great for making beautiful contact form Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Contact Form Plugin on the Market"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I've used Gravity Forms on literally hundreds of Wordpress websites once Contact Form 7 started causing us problems around the time of Wordpress core's update to version 5. There are many integrations available and it is such a dynamic tool allowing for post creation, newsletter registration, and so much more than just sending a contact form notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I'd want to explain any downsides if there were any, and I'm not being paid for this review, but I honestly have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Keep up the awesome work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great customizable1 form builder for wordpress!"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The best part about it is it's simple and easy to use! Even with all the functionalities that it provides! I love that there is no loading time. I've used several form builders and some of them have a long loading time, will freeze up if you work on multiple forms, or sometimes even crash! I think this is due to trying to make their form builder area too fancy and complicated. Basic functionality is all that is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

The only downsides I have are that there are a ton of paid add ons. Some of them should be an automatic functionality that other form builders provide. Otherwise, I am perfectly satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Must have form tool every Wordpress developer should use"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

What I like the most about Gravity forms is that it is more than just a form tool due to they way it is developed. I've used it to process payments, create custom portals, create a frontend post submission interface and more. The available addons make it easy to integrate to almost every CRM. Hooks and filters makes it easy to create your own custom solution so the website/form can perform more tasks throughout the submission process and after submission processes. I have also used gravity with other plugins to create custom portals where uses can retrieve their entries and edit them from the front end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

What I dislike about Gravity is that ITS not 100% compatible with Divi theme in terms of styling. Other than that, everything works like expected. I would also like better support for abandonment forms and more control over product/pricing fields in terms of calculations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The BEST contact form plugin for WordPress"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity Forms is chock full of great features that I use across all of my websites. It's easy to use and allows you to fully customize the look and behavior of your form with CSS. My favorite feature is conditional logic, which lets you create intelligent forms that dynamically change depending on what the user selects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I would love to see built-in integration for Divi by Elegant Themes, or at least some sort of styling tool to make styling forms more streamlined. CSS works, but it would be nice to have a visual styler of some sort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So much easier than other form solutions!"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The user interface for building and configuring forms is the most user-friendly I have seen. The integration into WooCommerce was a lifesaver for our recent project. We needed a solution that would allow us to ask customers a series of questions during the product selection, including repeating inputs, to register for online classes during COVID-19. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Nothing, keep up the great work! Can't wait to see future versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Form Builder"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The customization of column sizes, responsiveness in the forms of mobile and desktop and the use of conditional logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Wish you didn't need additional plugin to stylize the form more. You have to download Gravity Form add on in order to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid tool for a variety of use cases"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Easy to setup and customize. Lots of hooks to send data between services. Our publishers have a variety of integration needs and this service allows us to create connections between the services without adding complexity to the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

At this time we have not found anything that does not meet our clients needs when working with these tools. This tool has been a very good method to connect services when clients present budget constraints that prevent full integrations between third party services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
