"Awesome plug-in! Very versatile."
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

What I like best is the ease of use. I am a coder and the fact I can use something like Gravity Forms that's already developed with drag and drop simplicity is pretty amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I am a complex Gravity Forms user. I wish there was an easy to to handle payment plans AND full payments in one form. That's a minor inconvenience and very specific to my usage, so maybe it's not really a general dislike, just in my use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Form Powerhouse"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The ability to customize and tailor to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Some of the customizing options that should be native to the platform have to be purchased separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love using Gravity Forms for my WordPress sites"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I like how user-friendly Gravity Forms are. There are other form plugins but to be honest they are annoying to set up. With Gravity Forms, I find it an easy and quick process to set up many forms. I also like the various features that you can add to your forms. The PayPal option for example has been very useful when setting up forms that require a payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

The only thing I do not like is that I have not found a way to make forms two columns. Sometimes the forms are long and do not match the general look of the website I am designing. Being able to customize the look of the forms would be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best plugin in wordpress. Gravity forms changes my way of work, the qay I create the strategy"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

The easy way to connect the IIIrd part softwares. Make marketing automation it's very simple, no matter what service I will chose, works vey well with active campaigne, mailchimp and similar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

the graphic interface for creating new modules is not so user friendly, i don't like the way to create products, it's very difficoult to insert images of products, and finally I don't like that there is no way to create conversational form Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Go-To Form Plugin For WordPress Sites"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I love the simple setup. It saves me a lot of time when building a new site. Their export feature works great if you have a common form you use on most sites, it's quite easy to create a "template" and get those up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Not much to complain about. If I had any, it would be that I always end up having to write my own CSS to style it, It would be nice if they had some of the basic options available to choose from (button color, font size, type) just to save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust, Easy-to-use Webform"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Firstly, this form is straightforward to set up and easy to use. I like all the options this form comes with, like conditional logic, multiple notifications, and the additional plugins you can get to make this even more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I have had many problems with email notifications not being sent, and on many occasions, it has taken a lot of troubleshooting and workarounds to figure out how to make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great program, that got even better with its 2.5 update"
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity Forms has been our go-to form plugin for WordPress for a few years now. It has plenty of pre-built integrations, a cost-effective price plan, and is easily extendible if there is not a current add-on. Great customer support, and great community behind the program. And with the 2.5 release, the user experience of the plugin is much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

There isn't really much to dislike about Gravity Forms. Prior to the big 2.5 release, the biggest problem with the plugin was user experience in the interface. It was out-dated, clunky, and just a mess to work with. The GF team has improved this to meet (probably exceed) the interfaces of the other leading email form plugins. "Decent forms app but lags convenience of others."
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

I find the templated entry fields to be the most helpful thing about Gravity forms. I use gravity forms on a WordPress site through the cornerstone templating software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Zapier connection is a bit tedious to set up. I also find it's frustrating to have to enter gravity forms to alter the form. To my knowledge, this can't be done within templating services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ok for personal sites or single-admin sites, not great for large organizations."
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Easy to use, easy to install, popular. Branching logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

Support is abysmal. Very inflexible on licensing - cannot use a PO and won't work with resellers - can ONLY use credit card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best Wordpress form plugins."
What do you like best about Gravity Forms?

Gravity Forms is simple and easy to use for any clients. They can quickly create or modify forms and send themselves a form notification when complete. Gravity Forms also comes with a nice assortments of add-ons for services like Mailchimp, PayPal and Hubspot to name a few. And when you need it, they have good developer API support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?

I do wish that Gravity Forms would incorporate more of the more complete conditional logic and value linking you see in plugins like Formidable forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
