Gravity Forms Reviews & Product Details

It is super versatile. You can actually use it to build a whole website. The support is top-notch, and the ecosystem around it is very vibrant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to absolutely pick one thing to dislike, it is the fact that the default telephone number field is very basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gravity Forms is a premium plugin that guarantees ongoing development of the plugin. It's been around since (almost) day one from WordPress. The developers do know exactly what they are doing. Super user-friendly admin. The possibilities are endless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not much that we don't like about Gravity Forms. You can say being a premium it comes with a cost, but then again, you get a lot of value for your money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's incredibly robust and extremely well supported. And the developers release new features and integrations regularly. And there's a vast developer community around Gravity Forms so support and innovation are easily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is actually a good thing, but the wait time for new features can sometimes be long (because they won't release an update until after its been rigorously tested, which is why it's a good thing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The forms are nice to use. Download into spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had an online business for 8 years. We were recommended to use Gravity forms to improve checkout experience and connect to our account at PayPal. Reasonably straight ahead. All seemed to go smoothly. However, immediately after activating and for over 5 months now, we have suffered from 10-15% failed payments and PayPal and Gravity forms have no answer as to why. Debug reports, total account access provided to both Gravity Forms and PayPal - and that remains open today. Nothing. No one knows anything. PayPal has been shocking to deal with. Gravity blames PayPal. PayPal can't see any issue on their end. No customer service. No one can help. No one has the "tools" to fix the problem. We get template replies, case closed emails from do not reply addresses. The 'service' from both PayPal, and Gravity forms, is criminal. Evidently, neither of these organisations seem to understand that if we are having these issues with Gravity Forms and PayPal interactions, then it MUST be happening to others out there. Are we all being blocked? while they both take our money? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their technical support team is the best I've encountered in the 10 years I have been building with Wordpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know of any problems with the plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's reliable, and has an extensive library of add-ons for nearly every service you can imagine. It also is well documented for custom extensions. This is why there are so many add-ons for obscure 3rd party integrations you've never heard of until you actually need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My biggest complaint for years was a slightly outdated and "not as intuitive UI as I'd like", but they updated it a few years ago and I really don't have any complaints anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to build forms that are about as simple or complex as we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love for the date picker to be full width by default and I would if there was a way to style the plugin to match Divi styles without the need for CSS or third-party plugins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it allows you to create very simple sign up forms for lead gen. It is not fancy, but it is a simple process and makes things easy for me. I like how simple it is to use, and I think that's the most important part of this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are not too many features, such as A/B testing or designing it the way you want it to look like. I wish there would be more features that I could take advantage of. There are other competitors out there that have way more features than this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gravity forms is highly adaptable, but with that comes a degree of knowledge required to get the form exactly how you want it. That requires some patience and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
