Their professionalism and expertise in their field have been evident throughout our years of collaboration. From the start, they've been attentive to our needs, making sure they fully understand our requirements. The team was highly solution-oriented and proactive throughout the process. For example, we encountered an issue with a third-party tool necessary for a page we had on the company website. While working on the mentioned page, the team noticed that the tool stopped working. After communicating the issue to us, we unfortunately didn’t receive a reply from the third party on time. Therefore, the team took the issue into their own hands, followed the necessary steps, and managed to fix it quickly without needing to delay the release any further.
