First of all, Grapefruit is solving business problems unlike many digital agencies whop tend to focus on delivering digital solutions rather than solving problems. Grapefruit has a holistic approach and starts first with Problem and Opportunity definition. Based on that, the team of specialists is put together.

Working with Grapefruit on many occasions, in different jobs/ companies, has constantly been a pleasure and a guarantee of quality and project success. Wether it's building brand websites, brand experience, omnichannel strategies and solutions, e-com web building and growth solutions, Grapefruit is able to find the right solutions. What do you like best about Grapefruit?

Grapefruit has become a trusted partner. Their professionalism and expertise in their field have been evident throughout our years of collaboration. From the start, they've been attentive to our needs, making sure they fully understand our requirements.

The team was highly solution-oriented and proactive throughout the process. For example, we encountered an issue with a third-party tool necessary for a page we had on the company website. While working on the mentioned page, the team noticed that the tool stopped working. After communicating the issue to us, we unfortunately didn’t receive a reply from the third party on time. Therefore, the team took the issue into their own hands, followed the necessary steps, and managed to fix it quickly without needing to delay the release any further.

Grapefruit has been our go-to for several projects over the past 5+ years. Most recently, they played a crucial role in the complete migration of one of our company's subsidiary websites. This project required a broad range of services including UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, quality assurance, content writing, Google Analytics, SEO, and the support of both a project manager and an account manager.
