I appreciate the hefty security features and additional features of GoTo Meeting. It has fewer bugs and more uptime compared to Zoom, which is critical for handling calls of a completely confidential and sensitive nature. I often work with overseas clients who are concerned about security, and GoTo Meeting gives me confidence in that area. During COVID, I found it to be ten times more reliable. I don't like the limit of 25 people per room; it needs to be increased as I think Zoom handles 40 or something.
