I use GoTo Meeting constantly for daily HR and administrative coordination work. I rely on its stable screen sharing function, which makes it easy to show personnel documents, company regulations, and work arrangements clearly during meetings. I also really love the meeting recording feature, allowing colleagues who miss meetings to catch up on key points. The outstanding stability and reliable connection quality fit our HR coordination work perfectly. Its simple operation and easy entry control are very user-friendly. The audio and video clarity impresses me, ensuring smooth daily communication. The ability to quickly create meetings, send invitations, and manage participant permissions without complicated settings is fantastic. First off, its mobile app experience is not as smooth as the desktop version. When I need to join quick temporary meetings or check meeting content outside the office, the mobile interface feels a bit clunky, and sometimes there are minor delays when switching between functions, which affects casual on-the-go communication. Secondly, the built-in meeting note and collaborative editing functions are quite basic. During internal staff training and cross-department work discussions, we often need to sort out key points and adjust work plans together. Right now we cannot edit documents in real time within the meeting room, so we still have to switch to other tools to finish collaborative content editing, which breaks our work flow a little. Also To me the best thing about the go to meeting platform is that it allows to record meetings and feedbacks which helped me out a lot.
