"Essential Tool for School and Work Meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I appreciate using GoTo Meeting for its robust recording and screen sharing capabilities, which are integral for both school and work meetings. The end-to-end encryption provides a strong sense of security for our meetings, ensuring data privacy. I also value its seamless integration with other tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, and Slack, which enhances workflow efficiency. The collaboration tools are outstanding, including features like real-time annotation, drawing tools, file sharing, and in-meeting chat, all of which facilitate effective communication and engagement in sessions. Despite the initial moderate difficulty in setup, the platform now operates smoothly for my needs. I'm impressed by its ability to serve as the main platform for coordinating school activities, making school meetings efficient and productive. Overall, my experience has been so positive that I wouldn't change anything about GoTo Meeting. Moreover, it’s worth recommending to others, as reflected in my high likelihood to suggest it to friends and colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I use GoTo Meeting for webinars, virtual meetings, and online presentations. It makes working remotely very easy as I can easily use it for meetings with my team members and receive client calls. I find it very fast and easy to use. I also use it to host meetings and for collaboration through screen sharing. We switched to GoTo Meeting from Google Meet because it has better features. The initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

I think reducing lag in screen sharing could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Simple Meetings, Though Interface Feels Outdated"
5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

What I like best about GoTo Meeting is its reliability and simplicity — meetings start quickly without technical issues, and the audio-video quality is consistently stable. The interface is clean and easy to use, and features like screen sharing, recording, and calendar integration make collaboration seamless for both small and large teams. What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

What I dislike about GoTo Meeting is that the interface can feel a bit outdated compared to newer meeting tools, and it sometimes requires extra steps to join or manage sessions. "join.me is best suitable for basic conference video call"
5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

Loved how affordable join.me premium package that they offered for business that just need a simple, but working virtual meetings platform. Implementation is easy, it run on cloud and only require web browser to access it, no high-performance computer is needed to operate it. Since we use it everyday, we found a few bugs that make the video keep disconnecting, but customer support team is very quick to fixing the issues, no more than a few hours in average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

join.me is only for a basic usage like video conference and digital whiteboard. Integration with other third-party software is rare and not supported. User will need to switch to other software if they want to use survey, poll, or CRM tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I love how GoToMeeting is incredibly user-friendly and allows for better regulation of the audience during meetings, making it ideal for educational content, CE credits, job-related activities, and specifically class lectures. I appreciate its ability to hold meetings without time limitations, ensuring lecturers have ample time for in-depth discussions. Additionally, I find it very helpful that it allows for muting the audience, which minimizes interruptions and creates a focused environment for lectures. The platform also offers better visuals and annotation features compared to its counterparts, which enhances the overall quality of the presentation. I didn't encounter any challenges during the setup process, and I like that the camera and audio settings facilitate a smooth and interruption-free lecture experience. "Senior System Administrator"
5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

GoTo Meeting is reliably “just-click-and-join.” The browser join works even for external guests, screen sharing is smooth, and switching presenters takes one click. Dial-in numbers and calendar add-ins make scheduling easy, and the mobile app’s commuter mode keeps audio stable on the go. Cloud recordings are straightforward to share with clients and teammates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

The UI feels a bit dated compared with Zoom/Teams, and HD screen shares can blur small text on lower bandwidth. Recordings can be large, and organizing them isn’t as intuitive as it could be. Updates sometimes prompt at launch, which slows down quick starts. Breakout/discussion-room style features are more limited than competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
