Thing that i like most about Go To Meeting is it has consistently maintained its superior video conferencing experience. It requires minimal training to start using it, meetings that require video facility and we require it all the time, Go To is perfect solution for sure, we've got it integrated with our Microsoft calendar to avoid overlapped meetings. It is very easy to start or join a meeting especially if already use a account or video and audio quality are generally stable even on average internet connections & I like that it works directly in the browser so there is no need to install heavy software like that and Features like screen sharing, live captions, and meeting links through Calendar make daily meetings smooth and hassle free. My experience in using join.me for the past 2 years has been very exciting and solving many issues of remote connection and communication with hybrid team of office users, remote users and on-site workers. Using it for weekly meeting discussion or as emergency meeting session is easy, to host a new video conference is quick, adding new member to participate only require their email. Two option to entering the platform, either install the software on computer, or implement it easily from smartphone. Even though they don't give access to many integration option, the available integration with Miro is easy and very efficient for virtual whiteboard operation. Simple implementation that run on web-browser without the need to connect with other third-party tools/software to run. Easiest virtual video conference platform that give great experience to guest participation to join virtual video conference, simple steps to participant to join, it only need for invitation like to the meeting room or verification code, both ways grant an access without ever need to setup any software, in-browser application is available in any situation. Easy implementation for both host and participant, no designated hardware is require just any device with internet connection and web-browser is fine. Tools like file sharing help members to share file on the meeting, screen sharing to satisfy presentation display need, and integration with digital whiteboard help to collaborate on visual display is easy to connect. I appreciate join.me's simple operation and instruction to connect people and adding participant to the virtual meeting session without going with confusing registration or setup and installation. Guest participant only need to enter the correct meeting verification code. Hosting several virtual meeting in one day is possible, no time limits is imposed on each session, making it the most suitable platform for our business needs. Integration is easily available, but not needed as every tools for an effective virtual meeting is already available, especially to collect poll and voting decision, screen sharing as visual collaboration and easy implementation on laptop/tablet. What I like most about GoTo Meeting is the simplicity of using the app. I'm able to see all of the recent calls that I've made along with anyone that I may call on my team, and I can see if they're available. Recently, I've just switched laptops. And I would say that the sound is very off. It's just a little shaky and choppy when I do talk over the phone. I'm not sure if it's a laptop issue or if it's a GoTo Meeting issue. But, I seemingly only have that problem on GoTo Meeting, not in any other meetings. The initial setup was quite hard, but that was more so due to the fact that I was not given directions on how to set it up or the directions were just very vague, which made it a bit harder. GoTo Meeting is a pretty solid system, but it does have some detriments. For starters, it's a bit pricey compared to some of the other systems on the market, and the free version isn't really anything special. If you're in a larger meeting, you might find some lag time, and all things considered, the interface could certainly benefit from some design love. Access to the chat is instant, just install it on smartphone as implementation if you always need to keep in-touch with you team for daily usage.
