The most helpful part of GoSystem is their team who is willing to help. It is also very intuitive if you know anything about the tax prep world. You can use the software for state, local, and federal returns and it communicates well with other softwares to import trial balances and other information right into the return for business tax returns. Long wait times on the phone for customer service
