The state information flows directly from federal. All the mailing information can be printed along with the return. There are instructions on what is required at each form and where to input the information is easily available. The penalties and interest is calculated automatically. **What do you dislike about ProSystem fx Suite?** Not able to import excel sheets for depreciation and 5471's. Sometimes it is difficult to understand where you need to input the values. The help icon sometimes doesn't assists you in determining where you need to input information. In these situations sometimes you need to override the system and input the data directly on the form. Sometimes the software will not open and you need to restart the computer to start the software. You are not able to e-file the returns. There should be e-payment option and can directly take you on the e-payment platform. **Recommendations to others considering ProSystem fx Suite:** It is a great software for tax compliance. The customer service is great but gets busy during the busy seasons. The software is inexpensive. Sometimes the budget changes are implemented late and can delay the process to file the returns. **What problems is ProSystem fx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not able to import data for 5471 and depreciation. There must be some function where the software can read from the PDF forms and import the data automatically. This will save lot of time and we don't need to input data. When I try to print the 5471's all the statements are printed in the end and it is difficult to understand which statement are for which 5471's. Everything is relatively easy to find and some of the details are easy to work with. Some of the reports are really easy to use and run and others can be difficult. **What do you dislike about ProSystem fx Suite?** What I dislike about ProSystem fx Suite is the fact that it is difficult to use for taxed items and merchandise that we sell to our clients. I do realize that its not necessarily intended to be used that way but for us, we do as well as time entries. There needs to be a few extra features for customization of reports to be run. The prosystem tax software is a great product and extremely in depth to use. It generates well on command and lets you utilize functions that aren't available in other office suite softwares. **What do you dislike about ProSystem fx Suite?** I dislike the bulky nature of the product. This bulkiness attributes to the speed at which it runs when you are not hardwired into a network. Not that I feel as though the wifi in my office is slow, it just takes a decent amount of time to boot-up and start which leads to it crashing multiple times during a work day. **What problems is ProSystem fx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving business problems that include internal communication, tax interface software, time entry management, file storage database, etc. I think our company has mitigated some problems that similar sized companies face when using this product due to its in-depth file storing nature.
