GoProof found its way into our organization when we embarked on journey to find a solution to help us improve the quality the content we majorly use for marketing. One of the aspects that attracted us to GoProof was how well and simply it integrates with Adobe Creative Cloud a product we use to create content. The integration was important as it makes it easy to import the content directly and securely from the creator to the GoProof working station for editing, proofing and fine tunning. GoProof also has a super amazing collection of features which makes editing and proofing of all types of content from a single platform possible. GoProof has a more user-intuitive interface which gives us users easy time to access and interact with all the available features without a struggle. Creating an account with GoProof is very simple and straightforward. It is easy to create profiles, customize and set up the roles for different users. It has a well documented blog that offer self support materials and this made it easy to implement the product without even needing the professional assistance from the support team. The support team also is easy to reach through a live chat in case you need them.

GoProof has very powerful set of security features which provides safety to all our data and details. It has a very useful reporting function which gives us all the insights we need to understand clearly how our proofing process and activities is progressing. Its reliable storage and backup facilities allows us to have a backup to our content and makes it easy to retrieve content whether the previous versions, the original version of the latest version. At first, we had a slow start with GoProof but after getting a feel of its capabilities in content proofing and editing, we embraced it fully and since then GoProof has become a real savior for our marketing campaigns. The initial setup process took us less time and it progressed really smoothly. We received a lot of support from the customer support team who walked with us through the entire journey and ensured that we had GoProof properly set up. One of the incredible part we experienced with GoProof is how it allows us to edit and proof our content collaboratively as a team through a simple shared digital workspace. GoProof gives us the power to ensure we put very accurate and productive content when running our marketing campaigns especially on websites and social media channels by allowing us to proof and validate the content prior to publishing and posting them.

GoProof provides us with fully insightful reports which shows clearly changes that we make on our content. Also, it keeps all the records of the content materials which makes it possible to retrieve the original or previous versions of the content. It has a fantastic assembly of features which makes it easy for us to edit and proof any type of marketing content from videos to documents. It also provide plugins are allows seamless integration with other products especially ones used to build the marketing content and documents. Our journey with GoProof started really well for us all the way from the time of implemention, setup and upto now 4 years later we are still having an easy time with it. GoProof has a great collection of proofing tools for proofing any kind of content and this allows us to proof a range of marketing content from videos to documents. We experienced a strong customer support experience from the 24/7 available customer support team as well as the online documentation available in forms of articles, new feature releases and how-to videos. Also, we had an option to select from a set of templates available and this allowed to use to have a quick start with GoProof.

GoProof gives us a shared workspace where we get to have a shared access to its features and this helps us to collaborate and work together when proofing our content to ensure we end up with most productive marketing content. Another highlight about GoProof is how it integrates seamlessly with content building platforms like Adobe. GoProof offers a collective set of easy to use proofing tools which gives us a simple time in proofing videos, documents and other marketing content. When GoProof was first introduced to us, we has a smooth experience learning and understanding its dynamics, features and how to use it which made our implementation period simple and short. GoProof has disturbed the way I work. The interface is less user friendly making it difficult to review and collaborate on documents. The real time monitoring of changes and lack of the ability to leave comments are hectic features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing deisngers, video editors and copywrites are a task. But with Goproof, it is easy! I Mean seriously. We get to steamline our tasks without making a mess.. the designers can do their designs, get approval, make changes according to the feedback.. same goes to copy and videos .. GoProof helps to simplify the proofing as well as editing and collaboration within team members and save the time. Moreover, writers can work simultaneously on the same document, track the changes and also the main benefit is that every version copy is saved and store in history so easily revertable. Coming from the publishing world, I was used to using InCopy but this was overkill for the needs of our marketing team. I'm so glad we found GoProof! It still allows our content team to easily make the necessary copy edits and comment on design elements, while connecting seamlessly with our designers. We like sending proofs directly from Creative Cloud application to our reviewers. Having the comments right in a panel makes for easy tracking and changes. Our reviewers love the easy commenting tools, that they can download a pdf (if the proof-sender clicked the box), and that they can review proofs wherever they are.
