It's a happy place! Creatives use the Adobe CC extension or file uploader to share their work for approval through the secure GoProof website portal, allowing as many collaborators as they want to view, comment, request version changes and sign the work off. It removes the messy task of constantly exporting PDFs, MP4s or images and creating a ton of disconnected email trails every time feedback is required. Collaborators have more than 10 markup tools including @mentioning to express their feelings and can be assigned different roles in the review. Gatekeepers request changes to be made before finally hitting the sign off button when they're happy. As well as tracking all projects, version history and design assets, GoProof includes workflow options for Adobe InCopy users to submit copy directly into Adobe InDesign documents and for managers to approve work with designers before forwarding it on as a new review to their clients. One of the aspects that attracted us to GoProof was how well and simply it integrates with Adobe Creative Cloud a product we use to create content. The integration was important as it makes it easy to import the content directly and securely from the creator to the GoProof working station for editing, proofing and fine tunning. GoProof also has a super amazing collection of features which makes editing and proofing of all types of content from a single platform possible. GoProof has a more user-intuitive interface which gives us users easy time to access and interact with all the available features without a struggle. Creating an account with GoProof is very simple and straightforward. It is easy to create profiles, customize and set up the roles for different users. It has a well documented blog that offer self support materials and this made it easy to implement the product without even needing the professional assistance from the support team. The support team also is easy to reach through a live chat in case you need them. GoProof has very powerful set of security features which provides safety to all our data and details. It has a very useful reporting function which gives us all the insights we need to understand clearly how our proofing process and activities is progressing. Its reliable storage and backup facilities allows us to have a backup to our content and makes it easy to retrieve content whether the previous versions, the original version of the latest version. The initial setup process took us less time and it progressed really smoothly. We received a lot of support from the customer support team who walked with us through the entire journey and ensured that we had GoProof properly set up. One of the incredible part we experienced with GoProof is how it allows us to edit and proof our content collaboratively as a team through a simple shared digital workspace. The intuitive user interface makes it easy for us to surf through it, access and use it features with ease. We experienced a strong customer support experience from the 24/7 available customer support team as well as the online documentation available in forms of articles, new feature releases and how-to videos. Also, we had an option to select from a set of templates available and this allowed to use to have a quick start with GoProof. It had a collection of templates which helped us to get started with it really quick. The interface is less user friendly making it difficult to review and collaborate on documents. The real time monitoring of changes and lack of the ability to leave comments are hectic features. **What do you dislike about GoProof?** It consumes me an amount of time by creating the need for email exchanges. Lets not forget about the integration with Adobe Creative Cloud, which is very hectic. Its a pretty new system so i hope there is a scope for improvement in the mobile interface **What problems is GoProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** A a copywriter, my area is majorly on the text. Getting approval for the copies and the texts seems easier with Goproos as it is a collaborative system. I'm so glad we found GoProof! It still allows our content team to easily make the necessary copy edits and comment on design elements, while connecting seamlessly with our designers. GoProof is so easy to use and saves us so much time. **What do you dislike about GoProof?** Getting adoption from the larger team. They think it's yet another system they have to sign into and learn but once you get over that hump, it's pretty easy for everyone and saves a lot of time. **What problems is GoProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** The commenting system and sticky notes via Preview or Acrobat were ineffective and prone to error. There was a lot of back and forth and no easy way to see all the changes when you have multiple reviewers and stakeholders. Our reviewers love the easy commenting tools, that they can download a pdf (if the proof-sender clicked the box), and that they can review proofs wherever they are. **What do you dislike about GoProof?** Big files looks like they've stalled in sending, but with patience, all files go through. **Recommendations to others considering GoProof:** GoProof is a great proofing solution for Adobe Creative Cloud users. It allows for proof tacking and history, without requiring the workflow management of other more pricey options. **What problems is GoProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** So many people need to see the proof, we love the @tagging that allows reviewers to tag each other to get their questions answered by the right person. We love how we can get feedback and easy collaboration on our marketing efforts. The collaboration is really the best part...this is what I believe is the future of how teams will collaborate on designs, copy etc...with so many employees working remotely and even within other countries. **What do you dislike about GoProof?** It's a little daunting in the begging as the platform seems kind of un-friendly. But once our team got used to it we loved it. Other than that we love it, and it something we use pretty much every business day. You can then apply their edits to your file, eliminating the need to do the edits for them. However, this is a little bit out of my budget for now. **Recommendations to others considering GoProof:** GoProof saves a lot of time. It streamlines everything and takes out missing files and misunderstandings. It’s an overall better way to communicate. **What problems is GoProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time spent exporting PDFs, naming and tracking different PDF versions, sending PDFS that are too big, can be hard to track feedback, often outdated PDF versions and having to switch back and forth between the PDF and InDesign or Illustrator to make edits. The benefit of GoProof is that it addresses all the familiar PDF workflow problems above and allows anyone in the workflow process to view, discuss, comment, markup, and sign off on proofs that you share directly from a panel. ### 14.
