Once shared by the proof sender, collaborators access the proofs through standard web browsers. They review the proof by adding comments, collaborating with each other, uploading new file suggestions and requesting changes. Review cycles continue until a final version is approved.

There are three different roles to assign to collaborators on a proof: Observer, Reviewer and Gatekeeper. Observers have read-only access, Reviewers can add comments, upload attachments and @mention other users and Gatekeepers are like Reviewers but with decision-making responsibility on requesting new versions or signing work off.
