**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

Working for a primarily remote organization, I appreciate how GoProfiles helps me stay connected with colleagues. It shares teammates’ birthdays, anniversaries, and other personal details based on questions they’ve filled out. I can also see the city or country someone lives in, which is helpful for planning meeting times when multiple time zones are involved. On top of that, you can recognize fellow employees through the platform, which is great for encouragement and recognition.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

Nothing comes to mind at this time. I truly enjoy all of the features of GoProfiles.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay connected with colleagues in a primarily remote work environment, making communication and collaboration feel more consistent even when we’re not in the same place.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

Very simple way to find out who is who in the company especially when you are new. It has been integrated into our Slack channels and email to let me know when members of my team have birthdays, work anniversaries etc. I most like the Bravo module so that we are able to recognize people across the company based on different attributes.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

Still pretty new working with GoProfiles as I am new to the company but have not found much yet that I dont like.

Helps me keep track of important dates for my team and for seeing when they are recognized and what for, but others in teh company.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

I love how easy and seamless the GoProfiles interface is—super clean and intuitive. The browser plugins for both Chrome and Firefox work great, and I use the tool almost every day to quickly look up org charts or check where teammates are based. As someone working in a remote-only company, it’s become an essential part of my day-to-day.

One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to type go/ and part of a name to pull up someone’s profile fast—handy even while I’m mid-call or multitasking. Setup was easy, and everything just works without needing a ton of explanation or training.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

There’s honestly not much to complain about! My only wish is that I’d get more badges (they're fun motivators), and that more people would fill out their profiles fully. But that’s more of a user adoption challenge than something GoProfiles can fix directly.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoProfiles solves the challenge of visibility and connection in a remote-first workplace. When you don’t run into people in a physical office, it can be hard to know who’s who, where they’re located, and how teams are structured. GoProfiles gives me quick access to org charts, locations, and individual profiles, which helps me navigate the company more confidently and find the right people faster.

It saves me time during meetings and async communication, especially when I need to look someone up quickly, understand their role, or see where they sit in the organization. It’s also made onboarding smoother when getting to know new teammates or cross-functional partners.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

I love how GoProfiles allows me to quick search for a colleague to locate which time zone they're in, how long they've been with the company, and where they fit into the larger org chart. Sending Bravos certainly boosts company morale and is such a fun concept!

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

The only downside is that I keep being told my profile isn't complete when everything has a green check mark next to it except my Bio page. I shouldn't need to select pronouns or a favorite movie for my profile to be fully complete when all the other essentials are there.

Quickly identifying teammates' time zones and where they fall in the org chart.

The "bravos" feature is a standout, allowing us to celebrate and acknowledge exceptional work in a meaningful way. It’s helped strengthen our culture of appreciation and provided an easy way to keep up with the incredible contributions of our colleagues.  Beyond that, GoProfiles has made it so much easier to learn about coworkers and their roles, especially as our company continues to grow. The intuitive interface and ability to navigate the org structure have helped us break down silos and improve cross-team communication.

Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoProfiles provides me with an all in one solution to reference when I am looking for anything regarding my team/company. Being a remote-first company and one that is growing at scale, it helps to build connections with team members in my area to connect face-to-face. It also has allowed me to give my colleagues well deserved "bravos" for contributions both big and small. This has really fostered connection, trust, and support within myself and the team.

The Bravo system can also feel a little transactional — like if you give one, you’re expected to get one back. It can take away from the authenticity of recognition.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

There's so much to GoProfiles that simply *works* -- being able to see bios and locations for your colleagues, a friendly user interface, custom groups to cater to different hobbies, and of course... the Bravos system. Having the ability to give shoutouts to your colleagues is a HUGE morale booster! It feels good to give and receive; folks at all levels of our company award them almost daily and it really helps bring people together. Plsu, who doesn't like to be recognized and valued for what they do?!

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

I'd love to see even more from the features in the future! More Bravo categories, maybe expand on what can be done with the Bravos so you can have "Year End" cerremonies, themed Bravos, etc. There's potential!

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Bravos system is our most used feature in recognizing our colleagues and contributing to a good, wholesome culture. Especially in a remote setting, it helps people feel seen and connected to one another! It's also been great for tracking new hires, where folks are located, etc. as I'm an EA who often needs to access that information quickly.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

The thing I like the most about GoProfiles is how easy it is to leave kudos to your colleagues. There are a ton of different kudos/gratitudes you can choose from along with writing a colleague a nice message as to why you're leaving them a kudos. It's really helped improve company culture and relationships amongst cross-functional teams that don't get to chat as often.

At this time, I have no complaints about GoProfiles!

GoProfiles helps build culture and relationships across different teams and departments at my company. It's a place where every employee can recognize a colleague for the good work they are doing and notifies everyone of anniversaries and birthdays,  which helps keep camaraderie and rapport high.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

GoProfiles makes connecting with my co-workers fun and engaging. I love writing bravos for my teammates when they do something I appreciate. The clever AI integration throughout the platform enhances the experience without being overbearing. For example, I can start writing a bravo, and the AI will find the perfect badge for me. It can also look up fun details from my co-workers’ bios and present them as a ‘Who am I’ game, which is lots of fun to play! The map feature is also very useful for seeing how our team is spread out. When I travel, I like looking up who is in the area to connect in person. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface makes the platform my go-to every day.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

Not really a dislike, but I would love to see a messaging system implemented within groups. There are great groups based on shared interests, but as of now no way to engage with members within said groups. It would be great to have a feature for ongoing conversations within the group that we can revisit later.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a large number of very useful features, but the biggest problem GoProfiles solves is team recognition and connection in a fun and engaging way.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

GoProfiles has been truly transformational to our culture as a remote, people-first organization. The platform is beautiful and intuitive, integration and implementation is seamless and quick with the help of their CSMs, and the adoption of this tool has been great due to the ease of use.

Bravos have given us a way to provide consistent recognition, rather than just at our quarterly meetups and the ability to upload any achievement badges or Bravos to LinkedIn is a favorite among our team. 

They also have some other features like Interest Groups, robust employee profiles, an employee map, and even a fun "Who am I" quiz to get to know your colleagues better. 

HRIS systems do a lot for HR leaders and GoProfiles has been transformational in getting that information to our employees and allowing us to stay better connected as a team. Can't recommend this platform enough; Currently I'm using it daily and I am looking forward to seeing the changes to come on this always-improving platform.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

The one addition I would hope for, (goal tracking and performance reviews), is something apparently already close to launch! So far it has been great to see how quickly the team jumps on requests and responds to feedback.

Team siloes, lack of emplyee recognition, poor employee engagement and retention due to connectivity.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

I absolutely love giving and receiving Bravos!! I'm a huge fan of feedback, and GoProfiles makes it seamless. I simply search for the coworker I want to recognize and type out what I appreciate, and then GoProfiles provides an AI recommendation for the "badge" or "bravo type"! My whole team sees this high visibility recognition with the Slack integration, and I love to include my Bravos in my quarterly reviews. 

Plus, the map view makes it easy for me to visualize where my coworkers are! Definitely recommend giving it a try!

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

Nothing! I really enjoy the platform, and the UI makes it incredibly easy to understand and use.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates an environment for consistent and valuable feedback between team members. The org chart is an easy way to understand intercompany dynamics and find the people I need to communicate with for specific projects.

I love GoProfiles!  Especially the "Who am I Game"  

Yes the map view is amazing and easy to view, and bravos are awesome to pat people on the back and thank them virtually, but the game hits home for me. I love competition and I am able to really test my knowledge of people within the company. When I get an answer wrong, I have an easy way to connect and learn about the individual and get to know them so I can get it right the next time!

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

There is a groups feature for people to connect and I think it would be great if peple could chat and share information within the tool itself or it like to a messaging system like slack so the chat could be there.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fostering more connections between people we do and do not work with on a daily/weekl/monthly basis.  It shows ourcompany growth and seeing in our remote world people are located/working from.  Allow our company a way to stay connected while not being under the same roof.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

I like how GoProfiles helps a distributed remote company get to know each other better. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and especially the Bravo features go a long way. The Bravo feature is super cool for showing recognition of people's work. Also, the platform is easy to use and intuitive, and you get used to it quickly. It integrates nicely with Slack so that I won't miss any critical updates.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

The Groups feature doesn't help with my use cases. I would appreciate understanding it better. Also, I think it would be nice to have some notifications about some of the key actions I could perform to use it better daily.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it shows the right amount of information about the people I work with and allows me to recognize their work. It provides an easy and streamlined interface for all the features I need.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

A couple of things, really: The interactive employee map, the bravo recognition, and the ability to search people's data with GenAI. Really helps bring our employees together. The AI always allows you to search pretty insightful questions, like "Who has birthdays in "x" month?". The AI potential seems endless at this point. Pretty excited about that.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

Nothing to date. It's exactly what we were looking for to improve company culture and togetherness - plus we've not our morale has improved. Being a remote company can be challenging but tools definitely helps.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of having disconnected and unproductive employees. By bringing peer recognition and people data to our teams, we were able to improve our culture, morale and ultimate that lead to increased productivity company-wide. It also is just more user friendly that our HRIS system which is basically just a tool that admins use.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

The user interface is engaging and the website is extremely user-friendly. GoProfiles simplifies managing employee info and people data, seamlessly syncing with our HRIS system for easy upkeep and data management.

The platform is intuitive, featuring an amazing mapping and org chart feature. Each employee has their own custom dashboard where I can learn more about them. I love being able to view key metrics and analytics via reports.

I can easily recognize and share "Bravos" with team members and celebrate milestones in their career!

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

While it currently lacks a cash reward system, they have mentioned that this feature is in the works and coming very soon! I've seen the prototype, and it could be exactly what we're looking for!

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoProfiles helps us keep our data organized, gives us useful insights with analytics, and creates a  positive work environment. It all adds up to better productivity and happier employees in our organization.

**What do you like best about GoProfiles?**

Bravos allow me to give recognition easily and the dashboard lets me get a quick overview of any upcoming anniversaries, birthdays, or recent achievements. This helps me stay connected with my team no matter the distance.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

The Bravo leaderboard is not very helpful, should consider changing the messaging to make it less competition oriented.

GoProfiles lets me easily coordinate team members in multiple time zones, find team members with a specific skill for a project, and stay up to date with any new hires, achievements, or anniversaries that are coming up.

Achievements can often go unnoticed or unrecognized, not only in an office setting but especially in a remote working environment. GoProfiles closes that gap, giving everyone an opportunity to give shout-outs (bravos) to their colleagues in the most enjoyable way possible. It helps highlight overachievers and hardworking individuals while also fostering a culture of collaboration and connection between different teams.

There's not much to dislike, if anything at all. Even though the product feels complete when used, it seems that the GoProfiles development team is still working hard on new updates and features.

Receiving recognition for achievements is a great way to stay focused and motivated at work. GoProfiles eliminates the chance of unrecognized achievements in the workplace.

Employee recognition is one of the best ways to show appreciation. The Bravo feature makes it simple and quick to be able to recognize an employee for their contributions.

I also enjoy the Map feature. We're a remote company, and when traveling to other locations, I like to meet up with co-workers or get recommendations. The Map feature makes it easy to where everyone is located.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

There are always new features being added, I'm just not familiar with how they work. I've noticed Groups we added with distribution lists, but I'm not sure how to use them.

I have people I don't work with on a daily or even monthly basis. It's not always easy to just message someone on Slack to start up a conversation (especially being remote), but GoProfiles helps me get some information about my coworkers, like hobbies, interests, favorite things, that helps to be an ice breaker in building a relationship. I might have never talked to someone before but saw on their profile that we share the same favorite movie. Now I have something to spark a conversation with them about!

My company is fully remote and understanding what timezone someone is in, when they are available for a meeting, or what are some potential similar interests, really help with making the remote workplace a little more welcoming. Go Profiles makes getting this info as simple as typing "/go<name>" into my browser. I also love being able to easily give Bravos to recognize someone for excellent work.

Nothing of note as of yet after using the product for 6 months

GoProfiles is an easy lift and easy to get up and running - I love the map feature, showing where my team is located and it's cool that I can learn more about my team with their interests or the songs like they like to listen to. I use GoProfiles quite a bit in my day to day life.

None come to mind. If I had to nitpick, I'd love custom my profile more.

I love the ability to easily find coworker details when I need them - like time zone, contact info, job title. It's great for celebrating wins through peer-to-peer recognition. Plus the Slack integration is super nice so I can see updates like birthdays and anniversaries without directly navigating to the GoProfiles platform.

**What do you dislike about GoProfiles?**

Nothing is really coming to mind. I feel like the platform is always improving with new features or updates.

**What problems is GoProfiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In past remote jobs, I would have to Slack someone to get their job title. Or find out what state they're in and then google that time zone so I knew when to schedule meetings. With GoProfiles, I can find all that information in seconds - without bothering coworkers for their info. I also have never worked at a remote job with an employee recognition platform as good as this one. It makes it really easy to celebrate wins and see recognition daily within Slack.

One thing I would like to see more of in GoProfiles is even more ways to engage with fellow coworkers. Could be polls, competitions, or anything else to keep the platform engaging.

As a remote user, I absolutely love GoProfiles! I can use the map feature to see where other employees reside. The bravos is a great way for recoginition. We linked the bravos notifications to our slack channel and we can see the bravos throughout the company. The AI is great. Its flexible and can answer a multitude of questions that I am curious about. I once visited another city and asked it which employees are in the area and can play basketball with me!

it take a bit of a process to setup, but once its done you do not have to go back to that process again!
