I love the circle cam option for the participants too! **What do you dislike about GoBrunch?** Having been used to Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Teams for presenting webinars, it has been a bit of a learning curve for sharing content. I had a participant in a meeting who couldn't easily locate the menu with the share button and then as they switched tabs in the browser had to stop and reshare. Likely a learning process more than functional issue but my biggest issue so far. **What problems is GoBrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made my direct consulting meetings more interesting and engaging due to the room layout and circle cams. I plan to use it for live webinars and a virtual conference with multiple rooms in the coming months. GoBrunch has all the necessary tools like screen share and a bonus is that more than one person can share their screen at the same time which is not available on most other platforms. Also another big plus is the customer support which has always been very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about GoBrunch?** The backend user interface could do with a refresh as it is not entirely user-friendly but on the frontend all is good. When using your own custom domain you currently cannot create a url that is being used under the main gobrunch domain, eg. if someone is using gobrunch.com/xxxxx for their meeting room you cannot create a room under yourdomain.com/xxxxx **What problems is GoBrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?** A more interactive and engaging way to have team meetings. I have been using it for a regular club meeting with 7-16 people and every time there is still a little glitch or one participant wouldn't be able to turn their camera/mic or something else. And the only way to fix it sometimes is to log out and log back in, and sometimes repeatedly, which is highly inconvenient. **What problems is GoBrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a primary zoom user (3-4 meetings a week) it alleviates the zoom fatigue and lack of control in making the virtual space pleasing or more conducive or more fun to use. In particular, I don't like that when the people are not turning their video on, they're just rows of impersonal black squares whose presence are negligible as if they're not there. so I like that with GoBrunch we can situate people around the room and they have an avatar even if they don't turn on their camera, and the best thing we all have the same view of where they are the whole time unless they move themselves, unlike in zoom where my view of the the audience would be different from someone else's view. This is big as we can call people in the same order and also this way it feels like people are actually in the room sitting somewhere. I find this brilliant about GoBrunch although they're not the first to have this functionality. But they keep developing it and listening to the user's input very seriously. ### 11. If I had to offer feedback, yes, I would love to see Web3 bridging capability where I could do events in the SanBox, Otherside and other metaverses where the avatars could attend. Example, a place to hangout (pantry, resting area or just for chit chats - folks can bring their own lunch, snacks or drinks); a workspace to work next to each other where we can see them; a meeting whenever we want without limitation or prior booking: a limitless space of own office for every single member in the organization when we want a quiet work time! All these can be done on GoBrunch and every single space can be designed! what a dream come true! **What do you dislike about GoBrunch?** Obviously not GoBrunch's fault since it was not developed to do this. That is remote control. When we go to another person's desk, we can easily just take control for another person's pc just to explain our point.
