What do you like best about GoalSpan?

GoalSpan is completely agile and user friendly. I can update my goals and milestones in the beginning of the year and give a deadline to achieve it. As soon as I achieve it, I mark it complete. My superior at her end can see the completion of goal status and leave her feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoalSpan?

I dislike calculating the percentage for each goals. If I achieve some part, then I have to calculate the percentages for each milestone of the goals. There should be an automatic calculator Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to use and a goal resource lookup but the biggy is it is paperless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Please note that when you sign off on your goals, they are available prior to approval from your Tasks in the dashboard. After they have been approved, they are visible inside your library and also from the Goals screen. I hope this information helps!

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

The main Menu you know your goals and incomplete goals always remember what you need for full Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoalSpan?

Only the way enter at the main menu when was user new I don't remember my user and password but when you record its ok Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

I like it's easy to go back to previous years, saves automatically, can add milestones, can add files, can add updates whenever convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoalSpan?

Entering goal percentages from 100% for each goal, not being able to do fractions of goals. Have to get training on various ways to comment on a particular goal ie from a drop down hamburger menu vs dashboard vs goals tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

Can review the feedback remotely especially when are at different locations, especially when the convid-19 is happening on 2020. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Till now do not find anything we are dislike because we only use it for annul performance review. Can provide any on-line resoruce to do the self-training about more functions are not aware? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
