"Game Changer for Our Team!"

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

GoalSpan has changed the way we manage goals. It's easy to use, and our team adapted quickly, but sometimes I feel like it could do more in terms of customization. The AI insights are cool—they help spot potential issues early on, which is a big plus. We’ve definitely seen a boost in productivity, but I do wish the reporting was a bit more flexible. What do you dislike about GoalSpan?

The reports could be more customizable. I would like to see better options for reporting on survey results in the Details screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creates Good Visibility"

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

I was looking for a tool that was customizable and would give us better visibility about what people were working on and GoalSpan is working great so far. We review people's goal progress quarterly and this makes it easy. Wish they were able to somehow capture external feedback from our customers that is integrated with employee reviews though. "Excellent PM Product, Especially for SMBs"

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

GoalSpan is a great performance management app. It has very useful features, and would be a great solution for small to medium size organizations.

Real-time feedback is a valuable feature for our team. Goal setting is easy, and all of the performance data reporting is great.

Customer service requests are responded to within two hours during work. Their team has helped us navigate the app effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoalSpan?

It doesn't have a separate app for mobile, and the native app needs some improvement in mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoalSpan?

It is great to have all our goals in one place. It makes it easy to track progress on goals and preformance management reviews. They even produce pdf's of preformance management reviews for reference. It simplified our process for tracking goals and was easy to implement in our organization. I was won over by how easy to use GoalSpan's was from the very beginning. The implementation and setup were super simple. It'd be awesome if we could have more ways to share goals and projects among teams, but even so, I gave them a five-star for being a tool that people actually use!
