Customer service requests are responded to within two hours during work. They are always available for check-in calls where they meet our questions with "simply-put" technical answers, and thoughtful advice that comes from a seasoned background of performance management within the workplace. Managing performance "events" like goals and annual reviews includes so many different variables, and GoalSpan has thought through these scenarios and offers options to meet our needs. We did find a workflow hiccup and brought it to one of our phone calls. We were pleasantly surprised to learn it was already on GoalSpan's radar in forthcoming releases. A great team to work with! **What do you dislike about GoalSpan?** With any new software, it takes a little time to learn the ins and outs of full functionality. This is not a "dislike" - just a truth for all software, and probably the biggest hurdle. We also measure against our core values via GoalSpan too. I particularly like how we have been supported by Jeff and Renee. Despite the UK time difference they have always been very responsive. I have a few users who sometimes struggle when tagging feedback. In the future it would be great to be able to link GoalSpan to an LMS and learning content so that it goes beyond just the setting/measuring of objectives and broadens out into development, encompassing career planning (short and long term) and training for the forthcoming period, to help meet the set objectives. I can update my goals and milestones in the beginning of the year and give a deadline to achieve it. As soon as I achieve it, I mark it complete. My superior at her end can see the completion of goal status and leave her feedback. **What do you dislike about GoalSpan?** I dislike calculating the percentage for each goals. If I achieve some part, then I have to calculate the percentages for each milestone of the goals.
