# Can the tool support monthly, even weekly review for the detail daily tasks?

Accoring to the input of each task, daily, weekly, or monthly, can the software to privode the mearsurement resluts for the whole one year?

Thanks for the question! Yes, GoalSpan supports either formal or informal ongoing reviews of Goals, Milestones, or Tasks. Select the goal and enter review feedback inside the goal feed. Make sure to tag the goal or milestone, and your feedback will be pulled into your formal review, which can be launched at any interval (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

Regarding your second question, yes, you can view goal measurement results by using Achievement Factor, which multiplies the goal weight by the progress, calculating a total achievement percentage for the year. This displays automatically for you and your direct reports on the Goal Overview screen.
