I like how GlossGenius is set up with all the features it has, keeping things very organized for me. I appreciate being able to customize according to what I need for my salon, and the convenience of having Affirm and after payments available. The instant bookings and reminders are particularly useful, and I have used the mass text feature, which I found very helpful. I really like how GlossGenius makes it easy for both clients and us as providers to manage everything. The reception desk AI option is great because it answers the phone when we can't, and most clients seem to like it. I appreciate that people can text us through the app, and the waitlist feature is super helpful for managing service appointments. The deposits feature is also a big plus. I love that payroll is made easy with just a click of a button, and the commission options allow flexibility for rewarding estheticians on products and sales. The analytics feature is the one I value the most because it helps me easily see how our business is performing. The resources feature is great too because it helps us keep our booking system clean by blocking off services when needed. I like that with GlossGenius I can run my website, booking, and card processing all in one spot. I love that GlossGenius allows my clients to book their appointments easily without having to call in, and they can receive all their pre-appointment consultation forms, which saves time. What I love most about GlossGenius are the many features available, like inventory, booking, and gift cards. The features continue to evolve, making a business person's life easier. When I started looking into programs that could do inventory, booking, and more, I couldn't find one that worked for me until a friend recommended GlossGenius. I can't really think of any downsides to GlossGenius right now. I'm a new business owner, and it seems to be doing everything I need. The only area I might need help with in the future is taxes, but I noticed that GlossGenius is linked to TurboTax, so I'll probably try that feature. Also, maybe the website could offer more functionalities because to connect to Google, you need a different website. But apart from that, I don't have any major issues. Occasionally, GlossGenius will have a malfunction and the entire website goes down. This has forced me to send clients home without paying and then call them later in the day to make payments, which isn’t very secure for me as a business owner because they might just choose not to pay me at that point.
