Their product is very user-friendly and our account manager Mohamed Amirali is proactive and shows a lot of ownership. He's really responsive to any questions and he's working in a way to build a good relationship with us. The customer service is also great as we can talk to a person within few seconds and they've always provided clear explanations.

There is no downside from our perspective.

Hard to exclude key words. And a lot of print media we are unable to open and read due to subscription. But other than that all good and satisfied!

The most helpful part of GNW is the Editorial department.  They do a good job proofreading when sometimes you don't catch all of your typos.  Mo Amirali, our account manager, is also very helpful and always available to address our needs.

In the past under previous ownership, there were constant issues with the billing/invoices.
