"Excellent, Responsive Support and an Intuitive Press Release Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I like GlobalNewswire because their customer service is excellent, and they stay very responsive—especially during critical times when I need quick support. I also like the intuitive website which makes it easy to set up my press releases very efficiently. I also like that they send an email afterwards giving me real time insight into the performance of my press release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

They ask us to provide a press release two hours prior to the scheduled time, but I’m typically very close to that time before I get the notification that the press release is actually scheduled. That can be a little nerve-wracking, so it would be nice to receive that confirmation a bit more in advance of the deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenny Ripley of Notified GlobeNewswire

We appreciate your kind words about our customer service and easy-to-use platform. It’s great to hear GlobeNewswire helps you get your news out efficiently and provides useful performance insights. We understand your concern about receiving scheduling confirmation close to the deadline and will pass your feedback along.

"Reliable, User-Friendly Platform with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

One of the things I like most about Notified is the level of support. While each client has a dedicated account manager, it's great knowing there's a broader team available to help if my primary contact is unavailable. I can easily copy the support team on an email, and someone is always quick to jump in and assist. That extra layer of support provides peace of mind and helps keep things moving.

Another standout feature is how user-friendly the platform is. The tools are intuitive, easy to navigate, and make managing day-to-day tasks much more efficient. Overall, Notified has been a reliable platform backed by an excellent support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Overall, I have had a positive experience with the platform. If I had one suggestion, it would be to continue refining the user experience and adding small enhancements based on customer feedback to make workflows even more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenny Ripley of Notified GlobeNewswire

Thanks for choosing Notified and for highlighting both our team’s support and the platform’s ease of use. We’re happy the self-service participant reports have made your event workflows more efficient. "Great Press Release Platform for Marketing/PR teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I've been using Globe Newswire for the past three years I've worked at my company and they have been instrumental for sending out our press releases to major media outlets. I also use their social listning tools which have helped me share media alerts I may have otherwise missed. I also enjoy their feature of creating enriched emails. It's a welcomed feature for someone who considers themselves an All-in-one marketer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Cleaning the contact database can be a little frustrating. I've tried removing email contacts that are either duplicate emails or aren't engaging with our emails and they never seem to go away from the list. Also, it would be helpful to know more about who clicks on links within enriched emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great interface, wonderful support"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Their web user interface is really well done. And if there are ANY issues, their team of experts is right there to assist and solve problems immediately. I've never had any problem that wasn't solved within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Sometimes contract renewals get lost in the sales shuffle. This is a completely minor issue and it took me like 5 minutes to think of anything to type in this blank. For smaller companies, it would be great if unused releases could be rolled over to the following year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Press Release Uploads, But Watch for Minor Edit Fees"
4/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I like Notified GlobeNewswire because of its responsiveness and the quick answers I get from service representatives when I have a question. I also appreciate that GlobeNewswire does not charge a fee for additional photos or logos, unlike the previous service I used. Receiving assistance from a customer service rep during setup was important to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Very simple edits. I just had to remove a name from a press release, and I called with that information. And I was charged a service charge just to simply remove a name. It was not a major edit. It was very, very minor, and I should have been told I would be charged a service charge even for something so minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenny Ripley of Notified GlobeNewswire

Thanks for choosing GlobeNewswire to distribute your clients’ press releases. It’s great to hear our representatives are helpful and your releases go live quickly. We apologize that the service charge for a simple edit wasn’t made clear in advance. Your comments will help us improve how we communicate editing fees.

"Consistent, Intuitive Experience That Streamlines Press Releases"
4/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I like the consistency of the experience - I never have to question whether or not it will work as expected. The interface is intuitive and easy to explain to others. It makes the press release process efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

The administrative side (adding/updating/removing users) could allow for more self-management. Also, I have had trouble with multi-factor authentication in the past - I have had to authenticate via multiple methods before logging in, but support was able to help me to resolve the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenny Ripley of Notified GlobeNewswire

Thanks for making GlobeNewswire your go-to for company news. We’re glad the consistent, intuitive experience helps streamline your press releases. We also appreciate your feedback on account administration and multi-factor authentication, we'll pass it along to the team.

"Changing my review completely after 6 months only due to shady sale tactics"
1/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Product itself (PR publishing flow, I mean) is OK. Coverage is moderate, nothing sensational though. Analytics post-publication is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

We won't be renewing because their pricing is super shady, and sales tactics is aggressive, based on lies and fine print. Do not do business with these people. They chance their pricing logic mid contract and then will blame you for "misunderstanding". It is not misunderstanding, you intentionally mislead people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenny Ripley of Notified GlobeNewswire

We're sorry to hear that your experience with pricing and contract expectations did not meet your expectations. Transparency and trust are extremely important to us, and it's concerning to hear that you felt there was confusion around pricing or terms during your engagement with our team.

We take feedback like this seriously and would welcome the opportunity to better understand your concerns and review your experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me (jennifer.ripley@notified.com) and I can try and help make this right.

"Seamless, Fully Integrated PR Suite with Phenomenal Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Notified is everything that PR Newswire is not. It's fully integrated across its suite of products allowing you to seamlessly transition between sending a news release, researching media contacts, and updating your company newsroom. In addition to a great product suite, the onboarding and customer support has been phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

There is somewhat of a learning curve, but that comes with buying multiple solutions at once, but other than that, there is nothing to dislike about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenny Ripley of Notified GlobeNewswire

We’re thrilled Notified has helped simplify your PR workflow and replace multiple solutions with one connected platform. Thank you for recognizing our onboarding and customer support teams.
