**What do you like best about GlobalConnect?**

In low bandwidth and connection strength areas, this VPN client retains connections very well and if connection drops, re-connection is seemless.

**What do you dislike about GlobalConnect?**

The client freezes occasionally and disconnecting doesn't always work successfully.

**Recommendations to others considering GlobalConnect:**

Pros outweigh the cons.  The cons are a bit of a nuisance but does not impact productivity at all.

**What problems is GlobalConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VPN connectivity with IP and credential memory.

**Describe the project or task GlobalConnect helped with:**

As our company went remote during the pandemic, GlobalConnect provided us with a reliable and secure VPN for accessing our intranet while working from home.

**What do you like best about GlobalConnect?**

It is an easy VPN to use and remains connected for a long time. The default connection is always selected so you only need to re-enter your access code instead of having and additional steps.

**What do you dislike about GlobalConnect?**

Sometimes it is a little slow to connect, but I'm not sure if that is the program or the connection. Overall, not too many complaints.

**What problems is GlobalConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a previous VPN that could not handle the loads as everyone switched to remote work; connecting was challenging and people were often cut off from their connections. We upgraded to GlobalConnect to fix that and ensure reliable access.
