**What do you like best about Global Payments Services?**

They make it very easy to manage and track all credit card processing information. Their customer service is also top-notch. But their portal is comprehensive enough where you don't generally have to reach out to customer service.

**What do you dislike about Global Payments Services?**

I love them. I truly hope they never go away because our practice would be lost without them. We've had them in the office as long as I've worked here (6 years) and I wouldn't even know where to turn if we had to find another company.

**Recommendations to others considering Global Payments Services:**

This is absolutely the best integration for Eaglesoft.

**What problems is Global Payments Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GlobalPayments supplies the software that connects to our server in order to process credit card payments through our practice management software. So they are an integral part of our day to day operations. If not for them, we would have LOTS of problems.
