## Global Expansion Reviews
  ### 1. Global Mobility Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Global Expansion does exactly what they say they do, no fuss and no compromise. The team is dedicated and always helps to problem-solve, which makes it easy for everyone in the wider ecosystem to understand what’s needed and how to structure the setup for the best results. I’ve used them numerous times in the past, and even when I’m unable to use them or their service isn’t needed, the team never wavers in providing advice. Andy and Stacey are the best, and I would highly recommend them, along with the rest of the wonderful team.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

I can not think of anything. I believe they do a fab job!

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global Expansion has helped me numerous times with EOR setup, making it seamless and efficient. They’re also able to structure the setup with minimal uplift and deploy their service quickly.

  ### 2. Top-Tier Support and Outstanding Responsiveness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa P. | Global Employment Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

I like how Global Expansion is really responsive and appreciates the perspective from where we were coming as potential client. It helped us understand what Global Expansion does differently compared to other employers of record, which was really helpful. I also appreciate that Andy took the time for conversation, allowing us to explain and give context to our issues, and how Global Expansion can dovetail into our needs. This was our first interaction, and it was exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Nothing so far

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global Expansion helps us navigate complex arrangements abroad and offers quick advice on costs and compliance issues.

  ### 3. Approachable, practical, and tailored support for our business needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy C. | Senior Global Mobility Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

I found them approachable and open to listening to what we needed. They were practical throughout, and I appreciated that they tailored their approach to suit our business needs.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

There’s nothing I can say I didn’t like about Global Expansion.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a niche set of roles to be managed through an EOR, rather than through our employing entities across three countries, with multiple locations within each. Global Expansion listened carefully to what we needed and also walked us through how to maintain compliance in a practical, workable way.

  ### 4. Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Although I hardly ever do this, I have personally recommended Global Expansion to three other businesses. When a service is this good, you want those you respect to gain from it as well.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

They are not adequately represented in their marketing and online presence. Because their website didn't accurately represent the quality of service we've actually received, we nearly passed them over early in our review.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The final component of our global expansion plan was locating a trustworthy, informed EOR partner. In the last 18 months, we have expanded into four new markets with that component in place.

  ### 5. Board-Level Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Our board had the visibility they required to authorise international expansion thanks to their risk reporting and compliance documentation. What was once a heated quarterly discussion is now a simple update.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Requests for customised reporting take a little longer than we would like. They provide good standard reports, but if you need something custom, allow more time for lead time.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal opposition to hiring people from other countries has vanished, mostly due to concerns about regulatory blunders. Decision-makers feel empowered rather than exposed when clear governance is in place.

  ### 6. Best Vendor We Work With

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

They established a service standard that has actually altered the way we assess other partners. We now demand that everyone have named points of contact, documented procedures, proactive communication, and clear SLAs.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Despite being dependable and functional, their technology stack doesn't work as well with our HRIS as some API-first platforms. Although we've managed with workarounds, native integrations would be preferable.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, the weakest link in our operational chain was international employment. It is currently among the strongest, and this development has influenced our approach to international operations more generally.

  ### 7. Gave Our HR Team Time Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

According to our Head of People, she has recovered almost 12 hours per week previously absorbed by international employment administration. These days, that time is spent on strategic hiring, development, and culture.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

There could be a more seamless transition from the sales team to the operations team. We had to reiterate some background information for a short while, but that was soon over.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our HR function was being subtly stifled by administrative overhead. They freed up our internal team to work on higher-value tasks by taking on the operational complexities of working abroad.

  ### 8. True Global Coverage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

When you mention a less common market, some providers scramble behind the scenes even though they claim global coverage. In fact, Global Expansion has the local partnerships and infrastructure to support its reach

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

They use local partners instead of their own companies in some markets. Although it is transparent and well-managed, we prefer the direct model whenever it is offered

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in areas that most EOR providers are unable or unwilling to service. The only partner who could support our entire geographic footprint without exception was Global Expansion.

  ### 9. Calm Under Pressure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

They don't simply shrug it off when something goes wrong, such as an unforeseen regulatory change, a government investigation, or an employee dispute. They include a recommendation, options, and a plan.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

In markets where we feel comfortable taking measured risks, their conservatism can sometimes feel excessively cautious. However, exercising less caution is always preferable to wishing you had more.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In foreign jurisdictions, crisis management has evolved from "scramble and pray" to "follow the protocol and stay calm." The peace of mind during tumultuous times is worth the entire engagement.

  ### 10. Proactive and Trustworthy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Three months before the deadline, our account manager proactively identified an impending legislative change in one of our markets and suggested contract modifications. Such insight is priceless.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Quarterly business reviews may contain a lot of information. Those sessions would be even more effective with a more targeted agenda that included pre-reads.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were always in reactive mode, rushing to respond after the fact to regulatory changes. We're now ahead of the curve, implementing changes before they become critical.

  ### 11. Hire Anywhere With Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Before Global Expansion, our hiring decisions were limited by geography. It doesn't matter anymore. We hire the best candidate, no matter where they are. Our team's quality has significantly increased as a result of that change.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Benefits: Market benchmarking data isn't always as detailed as we'd like. To stay competitive locally, we occasionally add our own research to their advice.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were losing excellent applicants to rivals who could provide jobs back home. This eliminates that disadvantage. Our international offer acceptance rate has doubled.

  ### 12. Payroll That Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Payroll in seven different currencies now functions flawlessly. Regardless of where they work, all payments and statutory deductions are accurate, and employees are paid on schedule.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

The strict payroll deadlines require internal discipline. Adjustments roll over to the following cycle if you miss the window. It makes sense, but it requires organisation on your part.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internationally, the most common cause of employee complaints was payroll errors. We haven't experienced any pay-related escalations since switching. Not one.

  ### 13. Exceptional Team, Exceptional Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

The breadth of their experts' knowledge is what makes each encounter remarkable. We've thrown them curveballs, like last-minute hires in strange jurisdictions and last-minute contract changes, and they've handled each one with a level of poise that suggests they've been doing this for a while.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Their portal needs a contemporary makeover. The interface feels a generation behind some of the more sophisticated tools we use daily, but the functionality is all there.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without risking misclassification, we had to establish distributed engineering teams across three continents. We haven't looked back since they provided us with a scalable, compliant framework in the first week.

  ### 14. Serious About Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Even our general counsel was impressed by their due diligence process. They scrutinise the details because they understand how important they are, rather than merely rubber-stamping things.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

You cannot take any shortcuts because of the rigour. The change will feel big if your business prefers to move first and deal with paperwork later.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concerns at the board level regarding the risk of working abroad have all but vanished. We can confidently and clearly respond to enquiries from our investors regarding compliance in new markets.

  ### 15. Employees Feel the Difference

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

International employees have made unprompted remarks about the ease of their onboarding, the clarity of their contracts, and the speed at which their enquiries are addressed. Feedback like that is extremely valuable for our employer brand.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

The functionality of the employee self-service portal is less extensive than that of our domestic HRIS. Seeing that grow over time would be fantastic.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following the change, employee satisfaction ratings across our global workforce increased significantly—engagement and retention increase when employees feel well cared for in their employment.

  ### 16. Should Have Switched Sooner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

From the first week, there was a clear difference from our previous provider. Deadlines were met rather than missed, procedures were recorded rather than improvised, and communication was proactive rather than reactive.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

There was some internal stress because the transition period coincided with our year-end close. It would have been beneficial to have better transition planning advice up front.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overnight, the persistent payroll delays and compliance gaps that we had come to accept as "normal" vanished. It turns out that our previous provider was the cause of those issues, not foreign employment.

  ### 17. The fact that we never grew faster than they could sustain us.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

In less than a year, we increased our workforce from eight foreign workers to forty-three, without sacrificing the quality of our services. Their infrastructure is obviously designed to accommodate expansion rather than being kept together with tape and good intentions.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Sometimes adding new nations necessitates a lead time that seems lengthy when you're pressed for time. They are honest about deadlines, though, so you can make plans around them

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, rapid scaling meant rapid risk accumulation. We now expand our workforce abroad with the same assurance that we have at home.

  ### 18. Compliance Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Without assuming you are an expert, they respectfully explain regulatory requirements. It strikes the ideal balance between instruction and practice.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

In some markets, documentation can be extensive. Decision-makers who only need the headline, not the fine print, would save time if there were a summary layer on top of the thorough legal breakdowns.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were unaware that we were just one audit away from a major issue. During onboarding, they found compliance posture gaps that our prior setup had entirely overlooked.

  ### 19. Fast, Compliant International Hiring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Quickness without carelessness. In timelines that would not have been feasible on our own, we have gone from offer letter to compliant employment. They are fully aware of which levers to pull and in what sequence.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Transparency in pricing could be marginally enhanced. Although we had to ask follow-up questions to fully understand the fee breakdown, the value is unquestionably there.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to our inability to act quickly enough in international markets, we were losing out on top candidates. The bottleneck has been removed. While rivals are still figuring out logistics, we close offers.

  ### 20. Payroll Accuracy You Can Count On

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

accuracy of payroll. Since the beginning, every cycle has been accurate. That may seem simple, but if you have ever handled international payroll errors, you know how uncommon and important that consistency is.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

The way our accounting software classifies expenses does not always match the format of invoices. A few custom mappings had to be made.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reconciling payroll disparities between regions was taking up an embarrassing amount of our time. That whole class of work is no more. Every month, our finance team spends about 2 days on reclamation.

  ### 21. Reliable When It Matters Most

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

They led us step by step through a potentially disastrous employee termination process in a highly regulated industry. Their legal expertise was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Some of the employee communications could feel more personal by being less templated. Although the content is correct, some messages would better represent our company culture if they were written in a softer tone.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a compliance standpoint, workforce reductions in several nations once frightened us. We now have a partner who is completely aware of notice requirements, severance obligations, and local sensitivities.

  ### 22. Handles Complex Markets With Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

We put them to the test in a notoriously challenging jurisdiction where two prior providers had let us down. They handled contracts, compliant benefits, and timely payroll flawlessly from the first month.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Sometimes, during what I believe to be their peak times, response times decrease. Not very important, but noticeable when you're accustomed to receiving responses almost instantly.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our CFO was up at night worrying about regulatory exposure in high-risk markets. That risk has been successfully transferred to a partner who truly knows how to handle it.

  ### 23. Clear Process From Day One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Every foreign hire felt like a research project before Global Expansion. A clear playbook is now available. Before you commit to anything, they go over deadlines, responsibilities, and expenses with you

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

During onboarding, the amount of information can be overwhelming. It would be beneficial to approach the initial documentation in stages.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were wasting time attempting to decipher labour laws in unfamiliar markets. Our legal team can now concentrate on strategic work rather than searching for employment law at midnight, since that is completely off our plate.

  ### 24. Global Compliance Partner That Scales with Our Identity Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brinda B. | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

As a company focused on identity governance through our product Identity Confluence, compliance and data integrity are non-negotiable. Global Expansion has been a reliable partner in helping us hire international talent without the overhead of legal entity creation. What stands out is their country-specific compliance support — especially useful for us when navigating employee regulations in high-risk or privacy-sensitive regions. Their platform is simple to use, and their support team works almost like an extension of our internal HR and legal units.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

One limitation is the depth of integrations with modern security and identity tools. As a company building in the IGA space, we’d love to see tighter compatibility with platforms like Okta or Azure AD for provisioning/deprovisioning workflows. Also, some reporting modules feel rigid and could be more flexible for role-based access auditing or finance reconciliation.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global Expansion helps us onboard global talent efficiently without setting up local legal entities — which is especially valuable as we grow Identity Confluence into new markets. It removes the burden of navigating regional labor laws, tax codes, and compliance intricacies, which could otherwise slow down our hiring process and product deployment. It enables us to stay focused on core identity and access innovation while staying compliant and secure across borders.

  ### 25. Decent

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subhana M. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

The idea that we can now actrually find real reviews on Software products, this will help the B2B sector where many business collabrate to work on a customised product but generally for such B2b collabration, we don't have a platform where we can find legit reviews at one place on such products. Normally, for mobile apps, we can see their reviews on App Store and Play Store, but for such advanced and tech-heavy B2b products, we don't really have a common platform.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

As of now nothing that I dislike about Global Expansion.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, previously there were no go-to platforms where we can find software reviews and for startups, especially with limited funding. It really helps businesses to make a vise decision to invest their money in a product which is good according to their current requirements.

  ### 26. Low Stress, High Trust.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal N. | Salesforce Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Clear communication. No guessing. Things works best

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Some steps require patience. Onboarding requires attention.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hire faster and with confidence.

  ### 27. A great option for when staff move overseas

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Andy Elson - he's highly knowledgeable. Thank you.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Pricing is high compared with other EOR suppliers.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had two staff members decide to move overseas. Ideally, we would like to continue to employ them but came up against issues trying to do this ourselves. Global Expansion is there to give us options, which we really appreciate.

  ### 28. Calm in what’s usually chaos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

The steadiness. Everything feels controlled and thought through. Our contact knows our setup and doesn’t need things re-explained every time.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

They’re thorough, which means you spend more time upfront than expected. It slows the very first step a bit.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring across borders without setting up entities. Payroll runs correctly, compliance is handled, and we don’t lose time chasing local advisors.

  ### 29. Global Expansion Ideas

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

What I like most about global expansion is the chance to see something you’ve built reach people in completely different parts of the world. It’s exciting and a little challenging—you learn a lot by stepping into new markets, understanding different cultures, and figuring out how to make your product or service actually matter to people there. It pushes you to think bigger and adapt, and that kind of growth is really rewarding.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

What I don’t like about global expansion is how unpredictable it can be. No matter how much planning you do, there are always unexpected roadblocks—cultural missteps, legal red tape, supply chain issues, or things just moving slower than you'd hoped. It can be frustrating when a strategy that worked perfectly in one market falls flat in another. It takes a lot of patience, flexibility, and sometimes a few tough lessons.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global expansion helps solve the problem of market saturation and limited growth in one region. By entering new markets, it creates fresh opportunities for revenue and brand visibility. It also helps balance risks—if one market slows down, others can keep things stable. For me, it means broader reach, access to different customer needs, and the chance to build something that’s truly global and resilient.

  ### 30. Seamless experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** robin m. | SEO Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

What I like most about is how flowless it works and it is the best for payroll management

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

It lage sometimes, but that's not major drawback as it has more benifits

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it so that we don't have to do each thing on its own..love how it solves the main issue of organisations

  ### 31. Feels built for grown-ups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

They treat you like a real business, not just another account. Answers are clear and realistic, not salesy.

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Not the cheapest option, so you need internal buy-in early.

**What problems is Global Expansion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They took over the messy parts of international hiring. Our HR team can now focus on people, not paperwork

  ### 32. Support that actually shows up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Global Expansion?**

Responsiveness. Emails get answered quickly and with context. It doesn’t feel like a ticket queue.

I really appreciated the fast support received by Andy Elson whom I was in touch with. Also I appreciate the transparancy and honesty in the pricing structure and answering our questions in regards to potential remaining risks. Made it super easy and smooth to work together. Thank you for all your advice!

**What do you dislike about Global Expansion?**

Honestly, at first when we saw the cost involved we were a little shocked but you get what you pay for in the end - a great service. And the pricing is transparent and simple compared to some of the competitors out there without long contract commitment. So no, nothing negative to complain about.

We are using Global Expansion as EOR in countries where we want to employ new team members but don't have a permanent establishment yet and don't want to create one. The way Global Expansion have partnered with our business, which only needs EoR services on an ad hoc basis, has been great and we have felt valued as a client. There were no up front set up costs and the pricing approach is clear without any unexpected extra costs. Options are available to utilise employee benefits at additional cost, which is very useful.

In locations where we don't have an entity having Global Expansion has allowed us to employ, payroll and provide an expense process and employee benefits. We have an open relationship and Global Expansion are aware that in some locations the EoR solution may only be short term due to our expected aquisition activity, although this hasn't impacted the service we have received.

> We are incredibly grateful for your wonderful review on G2. Your kind words are a great encouragement to our team.
