Ghostwriter for Outlook is available in a separate add-in available on Windows, Mac and Web.

**What do you like best about Ghostwriter-AI?**

I can easily use ChatGPT for all my business activities in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

**What do you dislike about Ghostwriter-AI?**

Ghostwriter has special editions for Legal, Consultants, Education, Marketing and more, but not for sales yet.

**What problems is Ghostwriter-AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ghostwriter provides ChatGPT4 in Word, where I do most of my work.  Users have several options, such as Persona, to select from in achieving the desired results
